I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Clif was very professional. He provided outstanding customer service. He gave me a very good technical report of my unit.

On top of all that, whenever they're done, they leave the area even cleaner than when they arrive! Today topped it all though - in today's COVID-19 climate, the technician (Greg D.) wore shoe covers, maintained a 6 ft distance, wore his mask at all times, and even wiped all the surfaces he worked on with cleaning wipes to make sure he was minimizing his risk to our home as much as possible. That level of care makes me feel like Streamline values us and our home in a way no other Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC company would. I cannot thank Streamline enough for all it does!

We took advantage of the HVAC checkup offered at our local Home Depot and are very pleased that Derek was the technician who provided that checkup. He did a very very thorough job explaining our system to us and made us aware of what offers are available to us. His knowledge and attention to detail is greatly appreciated.
