I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I had a minor issue that was causing a major issue, and Blanton’s had a faster response time than the one other company I called. Rafael had me sorted out along with a quick inspection of electrical systems in a friendly, professional visit. I had some spare time, so I let Blanton’s send HVAC and plumbing techs to check things out as well. This gave the Brian and Jason (both fantastic!) a chance to suggest upgrades and repairs they thought I may want. These guys seem to know and value the importance of details and the benefit of doing the job correctly. I’m waiting for estimates from competition to see if I’ll have any more work for Blanton’s coming up.

Contacted Streamline Plumbing & Electric to replace a kitchen faucet and sink strainer assemblies. The service professional (Fred) arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and did an excellent job. He checked over all components in/around/under sink to ensure everything was operating properly. Never appeared to be in a hurry to leave and stayed until all our questions had been answered. Cost for the job was reasonable. Will use Streamline Plumbing & Electric again.

Kevin Melendez was the Project Manager that came to my house after the repair tech said that i needed a new AC unit. Kevin was very kind and professional. He really helped me understand what was needed and help me make the best choice. I really appreciated his service.

The technicians that came out to install our gas range was very knowledgeable and did an EXCELLENT job. We had a bad experience with Home Depot with the installation of the gas range. But the technicians were so refreshing to a bad experience. Y’all should be proud that you have these guys as a part of your team

Dominic was fantastic. He helped us figure out the cause of our plumbing issue, gave us a few options to think through and thankfully, our issue was solved with the initial, less-involved plan. He was communicative the entire time and extremely understanding as I had to pick up a business call in the middle of the visit. Would recommend!

I called first thing on a Friday morning. Although no one answered the phone, I did get a call back within 5 minutes. I was in need of a new water heater. Within 5 minutes I had my appointment scheduled for the same day.
I was told someone would arrive between 12p-1p. Corey arrived at 12:15p. Corey was very courteous and explained exactly what he was going to do. Within 2 hours Corey had installed the new water heater and brought everything up to code.

Responsive, efficient, and courteous. Mr. Jordan did an excellent and thorough job replacing faucets in both the bathroom and kitchen. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

At the beginning of the summer, after a day of calling AC companies without any success, because everybody's AC broke down at that time, Morgan from Piedmont Metro eventually saved us, when he called around 6pm and came and fixed our AC unit the same day around 10pm (no surcharge). That was great service. However, when we wanted to ask Piedmont Metro about furnace maintenance and estimates on other services, no technician has ever called us, despite two requests submitted through the friendly call center (which was however no help regarding information - they only submit your questions to the technicians). That is why I can only give three stars. It doesn't seem like high HVAC season right now, so I don't understand why it is such a problem to get a call, even if just to say that they are fully booked.

Brown Brothers is our go-to plumbing service. They arrive when promised and work quickly. And in the pandemic they always arrive wearing masks, which is appreciated.

Chris was great to work with and diagnosed and fixed a larger problem that showed up from low water pressure in one shower. If he had just fixed that one issue in that shower, I still would’ve had bigger problems, so I’m glad he thought more broadly about the cause of the issue and fixed my 25 year old house’s failed water pressure valves. And glad they have a maintenance plan!

I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Mr. Chambers was prompt in returning my call, quick to work up an estimate, worked my repair into his schedule, educated me regarding the problem and the options, cleaned up the work area at the end of every day, was trustworthy and hard working and he did an outstanding job. He contacted me frequently to keep me informed every step of the way. I will recommend him with complete confidence.

Excellent Superior service. I would definitely call him again in the future. He and his company are people oriented, they were very professional and courteous. They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that.
