Fast response and good work but very expensive for the service. The quality of their work is good - no problems after and no reason to call them back. I was charged $249 to Reset and Reseal Toilet. To me it would be reasonable at $100, so IMHO it was 2.5X too expensive. My original call was for another issue and while there, they found the toilet was leaking significantly so I told them to go ahead and fix it. I've done this same job myself at least a dozen times and admit it's not a pleasant task. I respect the time and money spent by trades to attain their credentials. But $249? Geez guys, c'mon...

Johnny came immediately (15min) after I called. It was after hours (after 5pm), so it was great that he was able to make it to my house so quick, especially during rush hour. Johnny unclogged my toilet within minutes. Service was quick, great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

My service professional was awesome. Not only was he comfortable in our busy house of 6 kids but he was humorous in the face of our drainage troubles. Service with a smile and having plumbing problems was never so enjoyable!!! Never calling another company.

OUTSTANDING performance and results. Very professional looking, work in total sync with one another to get the job done fast. Beautiful work on a barricaded hard to reach broken drain trap that leaked 100sqft of water everywhere. JOB WELL DONE!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest business practice. Was told I would get a call from the owner about a way that an employee spoke to me over the phone about the services. This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

On time very courteous and very professional patience solve the problem with ease

I’ve used this company 3 times. They always show up when they say they will. They are knowledgeable. My most recent experience with James was great, he was friendly, professional and fast. Being black owned and operated is a major bonus. I will say they need someone better to answer and control the calls. The guy is a little intimidating to talk with. Better first contact I would have given them 5 stars.

I would like to post about a consistent excellent customer experience working with Home Service Corp. 2 days ago my hot water heater failed. Same day Home Service sent Brian to assess the problem. Following day Patrick and Dimitri arrived with a new hot water heater and had us back in business in no time. They do what they say they are going to do and keep the customer updated along the way. Austin showed up on time for a quote and was able to repair my leaking natural gas pipes right away. His price was reasonable and the finished product looks and works great. He also answered other questions I had about the hot water heater and water pipes. 5 stars!

If you need plumbing parts or advice come to these folks. They stock a huge inventory, and they know their stuff and can recommend the correct parts, tools or professional to fix your plumbing problem. Call mamba plumbing in Dearborn they are very good at what they do.

Horrible! I called and was told someone would be out between an hr and a hr and a half, almost 3 hrs later I haven’t heard from anyone!

Great response time, had technician onsite next-day. Technician was cordial, on-time, and did a great job diagnosing and solving the issue. My only pain point was the price for a flapper replacement. $80 for something I could buy for $5-10 from Home Depot. Disappointing.
