I’m a mother of 5 and my basement backed up so my husband and myself decided to call TNT plumbing and the good thing about the service we received was we received a warranty for the service that was performed because we ended up calling them back to our house again and thank god it was under warranty and I apologize for my husband’s frustrations on the call with I think Jessica or Jennifer see you guys in the future for all my plumbing needs

Would not recommend. I called them in the morning and they didn’t show up until the night time. Didn’t have the proper tools to do the job. Told me they would put me on a list for them to come back the next morning and they would call me. Never showed up and never called. My plumbing issue never got fixed.

Great service and the guys were very informative and included us in knowing the entire process.

I called TNT for a pricing on 1 water value placement and 1 copper pipe to be added to the water meter.. Jay stated me the price of $550.00 to do the job.. Wow.. I couldn't believe that price.. I called another plumbing service and was charged $150.00 and it was fixed in 30 mins.. Only difference was when tnt came Im 8 months pregnant, home alone with my kids and Maybe I came off desperate to get this job done .. And when the other plumbers came out it was a man present and doing the talking..
Same job $400.00 difference.. I wonder why 😔

TNT did a great a job snaking our main drain in a record period of time for only $100.

I call TNT for repair of storm and sewer trap we agreed on price they check out all drain lines and agreed on price and problem the tools they used was shovel and a sledgehammer no proper lighting after three hours of hitting the pike with a sledgehammer Mr. Tyrone says that the pipe is broken more and they now need to dig up the backyard which would cost three times more then what the original price was when I disagreed and said that the pipes were broken By TNT he became very rude and And quit the job leaving mud and sewer All over the and all over the walls no clean up and charge me a service charge if you want a professional job and a company who cares don’t call this company

I had another post but made a promise to take it down if the problem was fixed and eventually it was. However, I think that the leadership of this company needs a class on dealing with customer complaints. If a customer have a problem then they should address it beyond the receptionist. I was informed that the owner would call me in 30 mins and that never happened.

Also, I see that multiple other customers have dealt with jobs being done and then it not reaching the main company. The owners should question why that is happening!

While their name states plumbing, it should state sewage snaking company. They actually out source real plumbing jobs. Which is inconsistent with the name. That information was provided by the receptionist.

While looking at the responses of other post by the owner. I felt some kind of way. When someone is upset about a problem with their home, I don’t believe it to be cute or funny to use improper English, abbreviations, or camera pictures to prove a point. It is insulting to the customer.

The price was $75 on the phone by the time they made it to my home... The price was $165 and they couldn't find my main drain

As 3 yrs ago enthusiastic quick still affordable for messy work.

They made a mess in my house I'm still shocked .cost me so much money to clean up what they did to my house I had to buy print and etc that's how bad it was n they just left my house a mess.they have no cleaning supplies to clean up after themselves.levi was one of the men who came out to my house. I spoke to a women after she was nice n told me she would come clean it herself bc she couldn't believe it herself but I didnt let her to that bc I already started cleaning myself. They didnt give my money back they just said NEXT time I use them I will have 50% off I always posted some pictures of how it looked when I started to clean it . They had it wet,smelling any and everything from the drains all in my bathroom, hallway, walls, and livingroom

I’ve the same problem for a couple years done got my basement dug up and all to called TNT out they sent Tae he got me together and gave me some good advice shout out to Tae of TNT that’s the man and I’ll be doing business wit them in the future especially him good looking you’ll 💯💯

I called Tnt to snake out my drains due to it been backed up, tez and tay came out and was very professional, and explained to me how to keep my drains from backing up again ! Even with as far as to sweep up the tissue that was on the floor that came up from the drain, which is not in their job description ! I am a satisfied customer and god forbid the problem occurs again I will request for these two young men to come back out

Jessica the receptionist is the most unprofessional person you will ever encounter, very bad experience, her phone manners are nonexistent

My mom's basement drains backed up after heavy rains on a Sunday. A plumber was out within an hour and 2 main drains were snaked out in 30 minutes. TNT exceeded the expectations with fast and reasonably priced service.

Tnt is an awesome plumbing company. They are always very prompt and professional. They come when they say they are and get plumbing issues fixed immediately. They are dependable, affordable and they take pride in their work. I highly recommend TNT and feel that they value my time and money.

After calling numerous plumbing companies that would not service my home in North East Detroit I was given TNT plumbing‘s name. I needed them to come out the same day as my drains were clogged and I could not use my sinks or toilets. They were out within three hours and did an awesome job in less than 45 minutes of clearing my drain line. Responsive, professional, and reasonable service. Would not hesitate to use again

Your main drain backing up on a hot summer day is the last thing that you want to deal with. I called TNT Plumbing and they were upfront about the cost and arrival time. The technician Marcus also called me to confirm the appointment and his eta. When Marcus arrived he was Courteous, and Profesional, and explained everything in detail of what needed to be done. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, First I was charged $120 for a main drain when the quote was $75, then no other drain was backed up in my home , the two men that came kept leaving my side door open , broke my doorknob which cost me $95 to replace then my Kitchen sink was TOTALLY FINE BEFORE HE CAME, when he was done I ask why is it not draining he said to give it 10 mins two weeks later it’s worse! When I called the man was rude as ever very unprofessional and stated I wasn’t being logical before hanging up! Never again this is why it’s hard todeal with black owned businesses because they aren’t professional AT ALL😡

I had TNT plumbing out to my home today. The young man was polite friendly and on time. In less than 5 minutes my sewer problem was solved. He even told me what to do to keep the problem from happening again. I live on a fixed income and TNT is very affordable. I will be calling them again in 6 months to keep my sewer cleaned out. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Id like to also say the young lady who takes TNT service calls was also polite. I truly appreciate that kind of customer service.

I used this company to receive services for my kitchen sink. The plumber that came to the house was kind and respectful, in addition to the timing it took to correct the issue was on point. I would recommend their services to any one that needs services that are not to complexed on short notice and worried about a budget

Was referred twice to this company and finally tried to get them to come out. When I called the lady that answered the phone claimed to be the one who runs the company and was unprofessional. The advertisement for the company says that it is $75 for them to snake the main drain she said that that is old advertisement and that it was $100. Also that if it is more than one drain that it would be an additional charge and that if I decide not to let them do the job it would be a charge for coming out. I asked how much that would be and that it is also advertised that they have free consultation. She then went on and on about how that is not on their Google site that she was looking at and that it was probably some very old page I was looking at. I then stated that whoever is in charge of the company needs to update all of their advertisement because it is misrepresenting their services. She then goes on to say she is not going to argue with me and that it seems like I'm getting upset and don't want them to come help me. Then proceeded to push me to call other companies to get the services I'm looking for and that she was going to cancel the order for someone to come out. There was many other things she said that was inappropriate and irrelevant for a rep or whatever she is supposed to be for the company to say to a customer. Eventually I grew tired of the inappropriate behavior and hung up. If this is supposed to be a black owned company this is a COMPLETE shame smh.

Excellent service! He assisted me with my minor issue over the phone when any other plumber would of come over and charged me $60.00. I've used them in the past and will continue to use this company. They are a great locol company. I'll continue to support and encourage others to use tnt plumbing services.

The plumber's where polite but they snaked my drains and that was not the issue so they had to come back out. Then the their supervisor/ uncle rode by and proceeded to loudly curse them out in front of my home. Completely unprofessional, I called and complained about this and the Secretary kinda laughed it off.

TNT The company was unprofessional I scheduled for a certain time, and they were 4 hours late. The plumber name TJ seemed like he had been drinking, the job took about 15 minutes. After he was finished he charged me 75$ more than what I was quoted for the job. After he left I noticed he threw out his some of his trash on my driveway. This company is very unprofessional, I will never use them again.

Tez and his apprentice were very professional. They were able to snake my main line drain without any complications. They charged me a affordable fee for the services that were performed. They promised me a thirty day guarantee, if my drain were to back up again. Overall I am very pleased and I will use their services again.

I came home from work to find my basement flooded. I called TNT and the two young men were at my home within 20 minutes. They were very professional and fast. They arrived within the scheduled time. The clogged drain was cleared but they left a mess when completed. When asked about cleaning up the mess, they stated that we can give you a name of a different company to clean the mess. It is not their job.

I had my drain snaked January 16 they did not do it properly so I have to get a nother company to come out and do it right. In the past when it has been done properly it lasts gor almost 2 years . They offer a 30 day guarantee. If the job was done right you would not need that. They are able to look up service dates by phone number address or date. Very disappointed do not used this company unless you want your money just going down the drain.

Came to my home smelling like weed . Charged 150 to pop two drains . 32 days later I got the same problem. Called them today and they want more money because it is two days after the warranty. Warranty last for 30 days but that's how they got it set up because they fix it just enough to last a few days past the Warranty which ain't worth the paper its printed on .

Someone responded within 15 minutes, and came out within the hour. The guys were professional and polite and resolved the issue quickly. On a side note, price varies depending on the city...I paid 90 for Southfield, which was still 60 bucks cheaper than other quotes.

Had a very bad backup in the basement of my home. Tnt came out within 45 and snaked the drain for $75. Use these guys at least twice a year for these roots growing in my drain line. Good work fellas.

I had used TNT in the past and was very satisfied. January 5, 2018 my sewer drain backed up into my basement. I called TNT, they came out and was at my house about 10 minutes. They got the drain open temporarily. January 14, 2018 the drain backed up again, I called them and left a message that I needed them out again. They didn't call back. For the next two weeks the drain didn't back up. So I thought it was fine. Then on February 2, 2018 it backed up again. I called them out the next day. Two guys came out and for 20 minutes they both attempted to open the drain. There was definitely a blockage. But do you think that they worked until they broke through the blockage. NO! They gave up making excuses like there could be ice causing the blockage. They told me that they were going to come back with another snake to try again. Never came back and didn't have the courtesy to return my calls. I guess since it was a 30 day warranty job it wasn't that important. So I called a white company. They sent one skinny guy out and he had the same identical snake as the guys from TNT had. He also ran into the same blockage at 45 feet, but did he quit? Hell NO! That man did what he had come to my house to do. He was here for just under an hour.

Tay Tay and Fred came and service my drain. They explain as they worked. Very nice. Showed me what the cause of the problem I would recommend these guys. Only thing is they ran behind. But there were a lot of people with issues due to the storms.

Don't know why these guys come 3 deep and all others come solo- was quoted 99 dollars niece left the exact amount these guys come back saying hey boss you're a dollar short- and left the there area dirty with no attempt to clean it up- still thinking about how to me they were trying to case out the house for the third guy comes in after everyone is in the basement had kitchen door closed and he went back out and never saw him againagain- be careful with this gang of 3 for a 1 man's job shees!!! Called roto rooter came for the same 99.00dollars and 1 guy handle the job 24 days after TNT and he clean his area after he was finished and he showed us the camera view of the roots causing the slow drainage all for $99.00

I called them at 1045am and they told me they were going to be there between 12pm and 2pm. You know what Tay Tay and Fred showed up at 12pm on the dot. They did an awesome job. I would recommend them to anybody. Keep up the good work gentlemen

I have used them several time's and they are the ONLY company I will deal with. Everyone is extremely nice. When they come out to do the work they make sure they clean up behind themselves and they go above and beyond to help their customer's. The prices never go over what you are quoted either. And Jessica that work's in the office is the best and goes out of her way to help. I have referred them to all of my family, friend's and co-workers. They are very trustworthy. I definitely recommend them.

I am a resident in Eastpointe, MI. I called many plumbers today (05/12/2017), but TNT answered the call. Jay was my technician and he was very good at his job. I honestly thought both of my toilets needed to be replaced, but Jay immediately spotted the problems with ease saving me hundreds of dollars in replacements. ~I don't know this man at all, but he was professionally positive, helpful and willing to go over and above in customer service to make sure I was happy with his work. In the end, after everything was repaired & snaked, Jay suggested a special part from Home Depot that would help stop an odor issue in my basement. I wrote it down the information, but since he finished my job earlier than the his allot time frame he went to Home Depot to pick up the part & came back and even attached it.~ I encourage everyone near and far to use TNT Plumbing company~ They are the BEST!!!

The guy they sent was not professional at all! also my drain backed up again a cpl weeks later. I had to contact them at least 3 times before the guy told me i would have to know the guys name who they sent the 1st time and my receipt, before they would come back out! Won't be dealing with them anymore.

Called TNT at 9 AM for a tenant with a bathtub that was backing up, they were professional, courteous and came out within two or three hours and fixed it. I was also able to pay via cash app which is extremely convenient, love these guys!

I was very pleased with TNT Plumbing Services. I called TNT to fix my mother’s flooded basement. They came out once, but the issue arose again.

They arrived after I called a few times. They didn't let me know how soon or later a plumber would be coming.
When he arrived, he had his son , or a young man around 18yrs old, did most of the work. Then the large man, the plumber, came in the house to do the plumbing work.
They didn't seem interested in explaining the process and how to prevent future clogging. The plumber was quick to get back to his truck, where he was on his cell phone and a small girl, about 6yrs old, was in the back seat, playing.
The price was $100 for snaking the main drain, but that just seemed the regular rate for that service.
I would recommend them again, but I would prefer another plumber that had all his attention on his plumbing job and not bring his children to the job site. Sincerely.

Well I called them out for My faucet and to unclog my drain. They came on time and kept everything clean. The one guy Derek kept everything professional and I think he's a good worker. I would recommend this company to anyone .

Fast service!

As the Owner of Visual Pro Home Inspections Company I can personally vouch for the hydrojetting service TNT Provides. I see bad sewer lines all the time. I personally stood with the crew as they hydro jetted and completely cleared 30 feet of liner root growth on a job in Royal Oak. They jetted and camera inspected the line as they worked. These guys were by far one of the most professional crews I've worked with. When it comes to jetting lines they get my referrals. I will also mention that I do not know the owners of the company nor are any referral fees paid to us for doing so. Having been in the business for so many years, you know who the quality contractors are. These guys aren't pulling a 1500 psi power washer out of there truck to clean the lines they are towing around the mack daddy jetter and getting the job done.

My problem was eventually fixed but after i had to call back on two different occasions. The 1st time i was given a 10am-12pm time slot and i called back at 12:15 and the dispatch stated they would check the driver's progress and call me back. No call back and the plumbers arrived at 8pm without calling to say they were in route. 2nd appt was given a 12pm-3pm arrival slot. And 3:15 still no plumbers so I called back and the dispatch is mad that im now mad and told me she could give me a better time than that because they were backed up.... She wasn't professional at all and definitely will not recommend them to anyone else based on the dispatcher alone!!

UPDATE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! . . . I had them work on the clean out pipe at my Dad's house but the basement flooded again in less than a week. I've tried calling but they seem like they have no records. The lady was very rude on the phone.. . . . UPDATE: I called, reached who I thought was the owner, Tyrone. He had another pair of plumbers come out. I explained that after the original pair left, the basement flooded and has continued to flood. The 2nd set came out & said, Oh, your main drain is clear. We'll do the floor drain. How was I supposed to know that this is what the original pair was supposed to do? They did the clean out pipes in the back of the house. These guys came inside. They then proceeded to charge me $75 again!!! I asked about a senior discount and was told, that's only if there are TWO PROBLEMS. I said, it was two problems. Your company never resolved the first problem and now you come tonight and you CLAIM you've solved the first.

Crooks and liars.

Whenever I did laundry my basement would flood. My handyman had snaked the drain several times. I contacted TNT Plumbing because I was tired of paying over and over for the same thing. The young lady on the phone, Jessica, was very professional. she quoted a price which was within my budget $150.00. She indicated that the plumber would be at my home within an hour. The young man, Levi, was on point, arriving in less than an hour. The basement had not drained water from the last time I had done laundry. I was not the best customer, repeatedly asking the young man if he was certain of what he was doing. I had previously observed my handyman, and became anxious because, Levi, TNT's plumber did not put the snake in the floor drain like the handyman had. Levi explained that that was not where the problem was just because the water present over the drain. He showed me the capped drain against the wall which was behind the washing machine. he was polite and not uncomfortable with being questioned. Levi proceeded to snake the capped drain and the water which was collected on the floor disappeared. He also snaked the main drain and there were tree roots which were removed from that drain. I am very pleased with the service that TNT plumbing provided. My drain is still clear and when I do laundry I have no problem with standing water in my basement. I rate TNT's service as excellent their phone personnel, Jessica, and the young plumber, Levi, were on task. Levi was in an out it did not take him all day to get the job done. I am a happy camper now. Thanks TNT.

I tried TNT plumbing 3 times and they did the best they could, but the problem was not resolved and I spent money. I had to hire Ben Washington and sons plumbing and everything worked out fantastic.I believe in supporting African American business ,but this time TNT missed the problem, installed the toilet incorrectly so had to have it done correctly.
I was recommend to TNT from My mom that had success over 5 years ago but they were not good in helping my plumbing issues.

Do not use these people!!!! They do not give out receipts on cash as they are hiding all cash sales, less than 30 days after them snaking my drains i had to call in another plumber. The woman in the office is rude and told me because I was white she would not help me.......PLEASE call another plumber if u want your problem fixed.

Scheduling totally sucks!
I frequently use TNT plumbing because the job that they do is always done properly however, every time they give me a window to arrive it is never accurate. They are almost always arrive 30 minutes to an hour after the window that they give you. What makes it worse, nobody ever apologizes or even acknowledges their waste of your time back nit sticking to the schedule. Used this company for the second time previously 3 Years no problems however this this 1 month ago very un-professional with conversation on trying to schedule a appt, once 2 young men were at my home they were calling around for help to do a simple snake to my main then damaged my cap on my floor main to sump which caused a flood in my brand new 20,000 remodeled basement, and had the nerve to swear and say they never touched it which I saw they did, owner was not willing to correct problem stated I would have to pay all over again, I had to call new plumbing company out who investigated problem and also stated someone had broken the cap, in all total was out of 500$, for a simple snake job on a backed up toilet, TNT WORST COMPANY ,,they do not know how to treat people

Very professional and knowledgeable

Came out to do a sewer camera inspection, hit some roots charged extra to snake the line. No problem. Got out a tea cup size of roots and did not go any further. Never put the snake back in the line after the ONE attempt. Had a 3 inch cutter laying they on the floor but never used it. Just used the smallest arrow head cutter which is about 1.5 inches in diameter. The proper way to snake a drain is to put the snake in, get roots out, repeat the process until flow is established, then, they should have put the camera back in to see what was going on. Decided the line had to be replaced or power-jetted without making any real attempt at clearing the roots with the snake. I have been in construction for 30 years, am a licensed builder, construction teacher and inspector. I have seen dozens of sewer inspections done I know a bad job when I see one. This is a common ploy among sewer inspectors who also replace sewer lines. They never met a sewer line they didn't want to replace. Hire a company that only does inspections....not one that also replaces them. I can't emphasize this enough. Think about it, two guys come out to snake a drain, truck, equipment and they make 3 or 4 hundred dollars....not much. They make their real money by replacing sewer lines for 5-8 thousand.

I had my main drain snaked on August 19th and before 30 days I have another backup. I called the company and advised them of this I was asked if I had the name of the technician so that they could pull the order . I cannot find the receipt so as a result I'll have to pay for another plumber because I will not pay for a company that collected $150 cash from me and will not pull the receipt based on my name address and date of transaction. I was given a receipt that was a carbon copy so if they really back their work with a 30-day guarantee they would pull their file to confirm that I actually had service on the date I referenced.

They were v we really professional. They came on went directly to the problem told me what had to be done and the cost. Thry cleaned up after themselves. Once they were Finnish they called me to see the work done gave me a receipt and left. Would highly recommend them for any further plumbing needs I would have. 5 🌟.

I just want to share that I would recommend TNT Plumbing to ANYBODY! The staff are AMAZING! From the owner (Woman on Fire Getting The Job Done) to the professional, personable, prompt, and prompt services! My issue was major! Tay Tay and Fred the job done in an hour and a half! Tay Tay even did the robot after the difficult job was completed! 😆 I called near closing on 4.1.2020 and they came mid day on 4.2.2020! Compared to other high priced places, they were beyond reasonable. They even accept cash app!! All I can say is I'm so so thankful for TNT and SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESSES...WHEN THEY DO IT LIKE THIS!!

However, TNT has been thoughtful and strategic in approaching the issue. Alex Georgopoulos spent over 2 hours thoroughly investigating the potential source of the problem as opposed to offering a temporary fix. Alex was thoughtful and professional enough to confer with his supervisor, Kyle, to some up with the best plan for resolving the issue and Kyle & Alex only charged me a modest fee for a service visit.
Today Alex returned for the follow up diagnostic with the Director of Operations, Brain Adair, and Robby. The team of three arrived on time with a water kit to ensure that the plan to install a filtration system would be well informed. Call tnt out to unclog basement drain, in Jan, I was told $100 and ask was I a senior but offer no discount so I wonder why ask me if there’s no senior discount, but when the guy came (KJ) he look and said $185 cause he had to do the toilet and the main drain or else the problem wouldn’t be fix, so why is it a month later and the problem is worse than what it was I now have backups coming out all the drains in the basement including the ones in the floor , toilet drain, main drain, and it’s started around 10at night on 2/23/2021 with a 30day warranty, so I actually paid $185 for a bigger problem

Called TNT Plumbing today and they came out within 3 hours. The service was excellent, Mr. Tay and Taz provided me with some tips to keep my drains clear. I would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend.

I had work done they broke the cap on the pipe, I was told TNT (TJ) would repair it. They (TJ) never did, I called several times finally received a response. I was told they would come out and repair the cap they never showed. Would never use them again or recommend them. This is a true statement I have audio proof. I had another plumber repair it free of charge. After sharing my experience with my friend she also had a similar experience. Had I known I would have never used them.

I have used TNT plumbing before in the past I called on them for service two weeks ago, I was not happy. The plumber was late out of the time frame and when he got to my house he smelled like pure Marijuana (weed). I do not care if it is medical WEED or not (just in case thats the excuse), you never go to a customer home smelling like a substance that is used to get HIGH!!! I will not use them again because of this. It is the most rude and disrespectful thing a business can do. Received a call from Deonte at 2:46, that he had one job before me. At 3:49, he called back to say that he should be to me within an hour. At 4:15, he called and said he was in my driveway! TNT sent out a crew within 30 minutes of my call. Tay and his assistant, Fred, came out They worked for about 45min and didn't leave until there were no further signs of drain backup up. He also had some very helpful hints on how to regularly maintain my drains. He seemed so young to be as knowledgeable as he was about the plumbing and drains. They were professional and efficient in their work and I was very satisfied with the caliber of service I received.

Phone service was horrible, the lady picks up the phone sounds like she hates us already, and has extreme bad attitude. I used the service one time and after 8 days it was clogged again. They said they guarantee it for a month. And now I can’t get hold of any of them, (THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES) AND don’t want to provide good service. They are aiming only for the money.. I called TNT today, spoke with I'm assuming the owner that said he would have someone out to me before 7p.m. Within a hour Derek arrived at my home to access the situation. He was very polite and courteous. It took him may be a hour or less to clear the drain. I had some concerns after he left, spoke with someone in regards to it, and they immediately got in contact with Derrick, so he could make sure everything was okay. He checked back with my son and explained the situation with my concern. Nothing he did wrong just my ignorance to plumbing. So I was very pleased with their service.

GHETTO! Called and immediately got sent to voicemail and got a text saying Sorry cant talk right now. What business does that?? I used them before last year and everything was great but this was disappointing. I called Calhoun's Plumbing instead and got my situation taken care of perfectly and the same day.

My appointment time was btw 10 -12 got call @ 10 they were here 10:30 am and finished by 11:15am unclogged 2 drains @ 135.00 and the plumber found diaper wipes and a damaged line gonna cost me 3,000.00 to repair. Well what can I do? Great service not happy with having to pay that much. It have to be done.

Great plumber, terrible pricing. Spoke to a woman who explain the pricing, she was condescending explaining that her workers have to make more money now and unless we're living under a rock we should know that the price of everything has gone up. Very unnecessary remark extremely not customer friendly and no one knows that their price has gone up unless they have called them out to do service next time we may find another plumbing company. We have used TNT for years great guys that come out very personable but the company has has fallen victim to complacency and do not have the right people answering customer questions and concerns.

I have to say the service from the young men at TNT plumbing was very professional and they were cautious around the things in my home. Overall the best plumbing service I've ever had.

As what seems to be a black owned business I was hoping for better. They've been pretty decent in the past and I've used them maybe 3 other times before for work. My most recent encounter was not great. They will break things and never return to fix them or at least will make an appearance to check it out and then say they will be back with a price and never return.. I haven't heard from them since a month ago. People aren't lying. Their workers aren't always the most professional. Their men workers creepily prey on women whether married or not. They finished the most important job, but left me with a cracked 1920's floor drain pipe. I'd sent pictures to the operator in charge as well as a worker that came out who asked me to send it to his phone so he could show his boss, but nothing.. They have great prices but, you also won't know if they will actually see you within the timeframe specified or be able to complete the job in a timely manner. My fix job was delayed because 2 plumbers who were not trained for the problem had to release the job to another plumber who could complete it accurately. You take your chances :(.

I had previously contacted Roto-Rooter and they could not snake the drain and told me they would charge me $1,300 to get a hydro machine to clear it. I contacted TNT Plumbing and they were very professional and they came out quickly and only charged me $300 to clear the drain.

When I asked her how much they charge for their service, she said $75 just for showing up without giving a price for one leaking kitchen pex pipe but when the plumbers showed up it changed from #75 to $95 and the plumber charged an extra $100 to finish it. When I notified her of the price change amongst other things, she yelled and act like I was bothering her by asking 3 questions. It's been years since I wanted to strangle a person through the phone! I almost cancelled the whole service! Other than that, the plumbers fix the pipe and was straight so that's the upside about that whole situation.

The service is what you get sometimes but I had an Gentlemen named Derrick come out he did a fantastic job. He was working alone there’s usually two workers but he kept it clean and he finished quickly , I had to be to work I made it early that day.
I would definitely recommend this company to Jesus Christ!!

After calling several plumbers, none would come on the day I called them. TNT was recommended by a previous contractor I used and they highly recommended that I call them. TNT came within a hour of me calling them, resolved my problem and explained the do’s and don’t in order to maintain good plumbing in my house. The price they quoted was the price I paid and will work with you especially if you’re a senior citizen. I called and had them come out to snake a drain he quoted a 100 dollar fee but over charged my senior citizens grandmother 175 because she was here by herself very unprofessional.

The plumber showed up a little late but he was very thorough and knowledgeable about what the issue was and how to repair. Another place told me I need to tear up the floor but TNT was able to clear the clog without doing so.

I've used them several times never once have I had a problem. I had major work done where they had to tear up the basement floor. Not a drop of water since. I totally recommend him and we'll able assistant.

Tez and Mall saved from from a weekend with a clogged tub and toilet. They came on a late Saturday afternoon and there were no extra charges for evening or weekend work. (Compare that with another service that wanted an extra $250 just to show up.) Tez and Mall were skilled, polite, neat, helpful, and honest. Put TNT Plumbing on your speed dial. And get Tez and Mall if they are available.

Just sharing and realized I'm a 20 year customer. I got introduced when the van was at my kids school and I had a tenant who's kid had something in the drain twice a month. The owner would come with his kids or some kids lol...train them young the bible says! My home in Southfield has trees for days and I'm still a customer enjoy seeing these young adults handle the business. Bless TNT Plumbing!

I called T-N-T Plumbing to snake out my eighty-year-old mother's basement they sent out a representative name Marcus to snake it out. When I went back a couple of weeks later to install a hot water tank the water was still there they charged me $150 and gave me a 30-day warranty when I call Marcus about the water he told me maybe I need to plunge it, of course I said if I was going to plung it what was the point of calling you he told me I had to call the office and I haven't been able to reach them since. Use T-N-T Plumbing at your own risk

Update: After a very detailed explanation, Jessica informed me of the discrepancies in my sewer drain and how it could damage the equipment. She also recognized me as a long term customer and we reconciled our miscommunication.

I had TNT come out to snake my basement July 22, the plumber TJ sent his assistant in to loosen the cap. Well he broke the cap I asked if they would repair it, they said yes. They left I thought everything was good until I realized they left it broken with a hole in the middle of the cap. I called several times, TNT never resolved the issue. I needed more plumbing work done another plumber from Main drain and sewer repair fixed it with no problem for free. I would never use TNT again. YES THIS IS THE CORRECT COMPANY!

Levi and lance came out to my house the other the day and did a awesome job they was very friendly and well mannered. They were also very fast and efficient and even cleaned up behind there selves I will recommend them too any one......

My appointment was 10:30 to 12:00 the plumber showed up at 9:50 with an attitude cuz I was not at the house yet then he goes on to tell me what's wrong with my drain after I have been getting this service done for the past 10 years very unprofessional not recommend will not use again did not want to completely snake out the drain only wanted to go halfway water was still backing up after going back and forth he resnaked the drain again after seeing that the drain was still plugged bad service.👎

Lied about changing drain trap Charged 1500 dollars and did not fix the problem the two blacks guys the fat one and a skinny are one con artists and take advantage of customers.. They lie about the work.. Dont use tnt.

I don't usually write reviews, but experience warrants it. This company came to my home about 3-4 weeks ago to snake my main drain in the basement. This is a service that I have had done several times over the years because of trees in my backyard. The first thing was that they left my basement in a total mess. SEWAGE WATER WAS EVERY WHERE!!!! Secondly, a week after the service, I started to hear notice coming from the drain. The sound it makes when it going to back up. I called them back and the person was suppose to come back out, and he never did. The third issue is I now have a sewage smell coming from the basement through the vents. Something that has not happened in my 20 years of living in my home and not since this company service call. I only used them because my regular company was unable to make the service call, and I wanted to have the job done before of any real issues.As a result of this company's work, I am having to pay again to fix what they either broke or what they did not fix the first time. The service says TNT, but the service truck says Sanford and Son They want you to pay with cash only ( Buyer Beware), To whom ever reads this do your self a favor and pay a reputable company because tis is not the case using this company

I been doing service with you for a long time. But this last visit wasn't good . i was told you would be at my house 2 3 hrs never showed up i call back they said they b there by 6. Never showed up. I had to call the next day they claimed it was a mixed up. And they apologize and they was doing to send someone out. They did 4hrs later. If i had no warranty i would had call someone else.

I will never deal with TNT again. Usually when snaking a drain and you feel something you stop. The tech kept going and broke his material in the pipe at Garfield then he left. I called the company several times to come and remove their broken snake.....no real answers so I just spent almost $3000 of my own money to remove TNT equipment. ....and I want my money back. Yes but your guys could have come back to help remove the broken equipment left in the line. That is the least he could have done. I know I had plumbing work to do. But on top of that I had to remove someone else's equipment.
