Had Chris out to my house today to look at my furnace. Nice guy, real thorough and knowledgeable. Got out here the same day I called. Didn’t try to push anything on me or make me feel dumb for not knowing all about my furnace. Made sure to lay out all the options for me and ensure I understood everything. When it comes time to replace my aging furnace, definitely plan to use Hoover.

Called to fix a leaky bathtub and was told they are not talking on new clients.

We had a storm water broken pipe. He came quick to check the problem. Got the quote by email, described everything he would do, in terms I could understand. I liked I could accept the quote in the same e-mail because of the system he uses.
They worked clean, replaced the broken pipe and a bit more at no extra cost for me, which it was great, since we spent already money on this repair before.
He checked a temporary repair I had in my sump pump, because of my broken pipe. Explained what to do about it in words I could understand.
Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend him and if needed, we'll use this company again.

We had an excellent plumber named Jason come out and fix our sink. He explained what he did and gave me a useful tip as to how to prevent future clogs. I highly recommend this company, mainly because of plumbers like Jason. Honest, friendly and competent.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

I'm a maintenance manager at a Plastics Injection facility and I depend on reliable contractors that are skilled at what they do. SM Green are my go to for plumbing jobs of all sizes at the plant. Family run business that has been around a long time. A pleasure to deal with.

I can't imagine a worse plumbing company exists. Our contractor used these guys as a subcontractor for our house renovation and they screwed up pretty much everything they touched. They installed two showers incorrectly so water came down the backside of the wall, installed a toilet that leaked, installed a tub drain that leaks a ton, installed a faucet drain that didn't pass inspection and then couldn't find the problem (it leaked) when they came back. Most of the poor work was done by one guy who we asked them to stop sending but they kept sending, but the owner also did some shoddy work. They showed up late or not at all many days and often would leave for parts for like 4 hours. They were by far the worst contractors we've ever dealt with and didn't even seem to realize they were doing things badly. Do not use them.

Ray has been coming to our rescue for the last three or four years. He's always friendly, personable, and professional. He has performed a number of plumbing jobs for us from the very small - like replacing a toilet flipper or garbage disposal - to more intense jobs like having to cut and repair a main drain that wasn't properly installed in the first place. He does a lot of jobs in a day, and the nature of plumbing is that not all jobs go according to plan; so if he's running behind, he stays in touch so I know when to expect him. I'd recommend Brock's to anyone in the metro area needing a good, honest plumber who charges reasonable prices for quality work.
