Best drain cleaners and sewer company in the metro detroit area. Will come to your house the same day. Highly recommend their service.
Had a minor sewer emergency in on of my rentals in detroit. Poronga came out the same night and unclogged my the sewer for my tenant. They even cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Adrian and Paul for the quick response.

Mr.poronga makes everything fast
Cant thank them enough for years of fast and reliable service. Best sewer cleaners hands down. Had a bad experience with a another company in detroit. The owner reeked of alcohol and wore pajama pants to unclog my basement drain. The problem recurred in less than 24 hours so I called Mr. Poronga and its been almost 2 years since I've had problems with my sewer.
I highly recommend them. When you call make sure to ask for Diosito. He is one of their top technicians. Kind, honest, and professional.

Thank you Mr. Poronga for years unclogging my son's sewer back in April. With the bad rains we've had in detroit lately; we were expecting for the sewer to clog and it did. Had your number on speed dial!
People. This company is extremely unprofessional. In the past, I called this company to schedule someone out and they never came. In 2015 and 2018, same person over the phone and same result. I find this company unethically and disrespectful. I dont doubt their work, however their customer service and follow through is that of the poor quality.

They came to unclog shower drain⊠my toilet was fine after they left they said they could not fix the problem my toilet didnât work anymore and they let water over flow on all my shoes and printer and said itâs not they fault⊠left my house dirty⊠and when I called to explain to the boss he hung up and said itâs my trash in the drain not his.. I will never hire this company again!!!!!
Excellent service. They fixed my shower pipe the next day I called them. Angel was very professional and prompt. I would use their services again in the future. Highly recommend.

was charged 125$ to snake small leak in basement was not even there 20min and was told its broke nothing got fixed rip off

Great poronga!
Excellent service. Had a flooded basement and they were quick to come to my house and snake my sewer. The price was only $75.00 - Same service a year earlier by Roto-Rooter was $270.00 I feel thankful to have found Mr. Poronga.
The guy is a pro in every sense of the word. Takes pride in his work and his company name. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Tough company to do business with. We were not actually able to have this company come out to service our drain. Call on Saturday morning and only after 6 no answers we get told they can come out Monday and to text address. No problem. Come Monday, no calls. After we call 3 times we get an answer. They can come out Wednesday. I called 6 times because this company is local to SWD and I always want to support local businesses. They may be great at plumbing but they are struggling logistically.
