Wesley arrived bright and early and on time! A very pleasant and professional young man, who had to duck as he entered our home. I felt confident with him right away as we introduced ourselves. I could tell he definitely knew what he was doing. After a few minutes of information gathering, he got right to work, knowing what the problem was. He also offered to inspect the rest of the house just Incase there were other issues that I may not have noticed. He did find a couple and offered to fix those as well. After that, he was off to work and in a couple of hours all of our problems were flushed away. Thanks, Wesley and thank you, Hoover for the outstanding work. The price was very competitive as well.

I recently had my residential sewer line collapse in my backyard. I have sewer insurance, so I used the insurance company to clear the drain and set up what local company in Royal Oak they would use to repair/replace the sewer line. They put it out for bid and the company that we ended up with was Cregger Plumbing.The process for having the sewer line repaired began in April. They finally got to it end of last week. 3 Months later after a 4 to 6 weeks estimate. Our house was miserable while it filled with sewer gas with every flush of a toilet.In review of Cregger after they are now done, I would give the office a huge FAIL for lack of communication and lack of care for our concerns. It was only after I called the insurance company to ask for a different Plumbing company to do the job that I suddenly began to hear back from anyone.As for the crew that came out to do the actual job, They would get 5 stars all day long from me! Dave, Jerrett (Rick?), and Mark(?) took on a very difficult dig with as minimal damage to my yard as possible, communicated with me very well, and I felt like they truly cared about getting my sewer line back in service as quickly and professionally as possible!

Our service technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price was extremely generous for what we received. The technician was able to pinpoint exactly where we were having a blockage in our pipe and give us good recommendations of next steps.
