Best Sewer Line Cleaning in Detroit MI

Performed video inspection of main sewer. Arrived on time, executed task, and informed me how to obtain a copy of the video. I'm satisfied with the service received.

My furnace was not working and I was able to have Hoover send a technician over within an hour of calling them on a Saturday. They sent me a picture of the technician, Scott, as well as letting me know via text message when he would be arriving. Luckily it was not a major fix and we only ended up paying for the service call, but Scott did notice there were a couple issues that might cause problems down the road and he presented two options to us for a future service call if we needed to pursue it. He also showed me how to fix the primary issue if it happened again. My wife and I were both very pleased with the service as well as the punctuality and professionalism of the technician.

Our family had an issue with a toilet that was poorly installed by a non-professional. The toilet was out of order due to an internal issue in the area of the toilet that holds the water prior to flushing. It was spraying water on the inside and wasn't properly filling and shutting off. Upon searching online and seeing Plumbing Now come up in search results as being highly rated and a quality business, we gave them a phone call. They promptly and courteously picked up and told us they'd give us a phone call about ten minutes from arrival. Mark Beaudoin, owner of Plumbing Now, showed up at our doorstep soon after the ten minute notice. He was professionally dressed and wore a mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He quickly was able to inspect the toilet and diagnose the issue with ease. He clearly was a professional. He knew what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and promptly gave us a cost. He charged our family an extremely reasonable cost to repair the toilet. We agreed and within seconds he got back into his truck, got out the needed supplies he needed to make the repair, and within 10 minutes he had corrected said issue and ensured there were no other major issues that needed immediate attention. He was kind and respectful and very knowledgeable. If you want something done right and fast, he's your guy. The icing on the cake is that it's a locally owned business since 1993! What better way to support our neighbours during a pandemic than by using their services! We need more quality service professionals like Mark! Give him a call and get back to your day! Great experience with Drain Station today. My kitchen sink has been backing up for a week and after several attempts to clear the clog myself I broke down and call Drain Station. They are located close to me in Ferndale which was great but the real selling point was they would come out at a set appointment that I chose the same day. The plumber Johnny was excellent to deal with; very punctual and friendly. On top of Drain Station and Johnny's excellent service was their 60 day warranty on the work.

Definitely would recommend them to anyone. Especially if you want a firm appointment.

Chris was here did a great job!!! Got our water draining correctly and also spent a lot of extra time explaining to me how everything so I can do soft checks myself and also they gave a warranty to guarantee their work. Would use again.

Big Larry came out and gave AMAZING service! Our basement flooded around 5pm. We called around for more than an hour to get someone to come out and shake it. Unfortunately, many people in metro Detroit are experiencing flooded basements. Quinton answered and said someone will be out in an hour. Although it did take longer than an hour (due to them being extremely busy), we are so grateful that someone was able to come out tonight. Larry was very friendly and did a thorough job. The roots in our system makes the job a little tougher. We'll definitely use Quick Fixx again. Thanks Larry!

Professional and quick to respond.

I don't usually write reviews, but experience warrants it. This company came to my home about 3-4 weeks ago to snake my main drain in the basement. This is a service that I have had done several times over the years because of trees in my backyard. The first thing was that they left my basement in a total mess. SEWAGE WATER WAS EVERY WHERE!!!! Secondly, a week after the service, I started to hear notice coming from the drain. The sound it makes when it going to back up. I called them back and the person was suppose to come back out, and he never did. The third issue is I now have a sewage smell coming from the basement through the vents. Something that has not happened in my 20 years of living in my home and not since this company service call. I only used them because my regular company was unable to make the service call, and I wanted to have the job done before of any real issues.As a result of this company's work, I am having to pay again to fix what they either broke or what they did not fix the first time. The service says TNT, but the service truck says Sanford and Son They want you to pay with cash only ( Buyer Beware), To whom ever reads this do your self a favor and pay a reputable company because tis is not the case using this company

The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with...they don't follow up, they don't return calls. They have memory loss when you finally get in touch with them. Worse yet, they are dishonest.

I woke up one morning to see a leak in my living room ceiling. After trying many different plumbing services around me, with no luck, Waterwork Plumbing promptly responded to my call immediately and was very understanding of my situation and urgency, and sent out the crew the same day. The work was perfect. They opened up the drywall and found the leak at the exact spot, and they fixed it all for me within few hours. They explained the process the entire time, and kept me up to date. Their prices are great, and quality of work is even more amazing.

It had completely detached and so I was without a kitchen sink. They scheduled me the next day first thing without an extra charge. As before, James was professional, friendly and even asked if I had any other issues with plumbing (which I did have a question regarding water in the laundry room!). I called Mango 🥭 to make an appt and they told me they would be out between the hours of 12-4 when to my surprise they returned my call & said they could be there sooner & were on their way, They were at my door within minutes! Will was the technician who arrived he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to actually unclog my toilet versus only trying a little. Some plumbers are disingenuous and attempt to replace the whole toilet just to get more money! He gave me a reasonable price and solved the problem in about 10 minutes! He even recommended more quality toilets on the market. He went above and beyond for a great price. Definitely will request service from Mango again if ever needed!
