Our experience with Plumbing Now was exceptional! From the initial consult to the multiple jobs that they did for us, everything was done with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. Max and Adam who completed the work were outstanding. They were professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable, and their work was impeccable. We will be using Plumbing Now for all our future plumbing needs.

Blake came out and fixed a backup of all our toilets and showers. He was amazing at his job and explaining all of our options and his plan. He was also great with our 5 year old son. Definitely great company and great guy.

Ill prepared and did fix the problem that was clear... We fixed said problem ourselves. He would not open any drains without gloves which he didn't have. Terrible service.

Very unprofessional. First, he was several hours late, so I had to reschedule for the next day. Then, when he came the next morning, he decided he didn’t want to do the job and walked out without saying anything, leaving the front door ajar with a cat inside. I had to text him to get an explanation. He also stated that our furnace was 2-3 years old, but it’s actually 15 years old. Additionally, he doesn’t accept credit card.

Called Roto-Rooter in Holly and was pleasantly suprised to receive same day service. Service Technician, Joe, was professional, pleasant and knowledgable and had our kitchen drain problem fixed in a short period of time. Pleasant experience and affordable. Would call them again.

Justin was my repair technician & he was just as courteous & professional, advising me every step of the way in terms of what was required to get the issue repaired & more importantly how much it would cost. Justin did a great job, in a timely manner, wore protective booties & used appropriate drop clothes where he worked the repairs. I was very pleased with Nowicki's Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone! They even came out to Dearborn!

We had Five Guys come out to take a look at some of our drains. We were having drain problems from multiple places so we thought it might be an overall plumbing problem. Within two hours of calling, they had our problem diagnosed and were already getting started on fixing it. They are a certainly a great company, I would recommend them to anyone.
