Very unprofessional. First, he was several hours late, so I had to reschedule for the next day. Then, when he came the next morning, he decided he didn’t want to do the job and walked out without saying anything, leaving the front door ajar with a cat inside. I had to text him to get an explanation. He also stated that our furnace was 2-3 years old, but it’s actually 15 years old. Additionally, he doesn’t accept credit card.

He has very reasonable prices, he will let you know the price before. He finished the work in a timely manner. He did a great job with installing a new water line. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

Nope. Came way before scheduled time, so I wasn’t even home from work yet after the proper time was discussed and was extremely rude to me after he left me hanging for 4 hours. Took whatever daily frustrations he had out on me. So unprofessional.

Great service quick and professional

We called SN plumbing right after the rain flooded our house and Shaheed told me that he will come to my home, no matter the time, to look into the water heater issue. He was busy with other flooded houses and so, that’s why it was taking a long time for him. He was in constant communication with me and he wanted to stop by on that day even when it was 10 pm but I asked him to come by next morning (cause we were tired cleaning the basement and I am sure he was tired too from going to house after house). As promised, he came to our house first thing in the morning and he was able to fix the water heater. I am writing all of this because too many times in my life, I had people promise me to come fix the issue but they did not, nor did they have the decency to let me know that they were not coming to fix it, at all. But Shaheed did all of that and of course fix it too. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs the service. Thanks again for everything Shaheed. We really appreciate it.
