They came a hour and a half late, then charge me an extra 20 dollars which wasn't a problem until I went down there to see they left every thing they pulled out the main drain. I will never use this company again I highly disappointed🖓🖓🖓

I called GlassHouse Plumbing to have them snake out the main drain after reading several five star reviews online, and I am sooooooooo glad that I did! Mind you that it was a shot in the dark, and basically a last ditch effort, because the plumber that came out two days earlier had me in a real panic because he claimed that he couldn't successfully snake out the main drain, and that in his opinion it was because the main line pipe had collapsed. He then started rattling off about $2,500 to have his crew come out, and dig up the backyard. Something just didn't feel right to me!

Enter GlassHouse Plumbing! They were scheduled to come out at 1:00 p.m., but surprised me when they called at 11:00 a.m., and said that they would be out in about 45 minutes. Two men arrived, and they looked quite young, and I started thinking to myself, Did I make a mistake calling this company? The young men were very well mannered, and totally professional. They brought their equipment right in, and started getting to work. After about 15 minutes of snaking, the main drain started to open, and they continued to it was completely open. You talk about lifesavers! Whew!!! GlassHouse Plumbing you are the best! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Never having worked with a plumber before, I called Glasshouse based on the reviews and am so glad I did. Ivan was professional and courteous, called and showed up when he said he would (which I've found is rare in my search for a plumber), and completely fixed my drain problem for a price that was a deal. Definitely recommended.

Had a drain plunged in my basement, just had put in a new furnace so I was scared that the flooded water from the rain would damage my new furnace. Had leaks around the base of 2 toilets; one caused dripping thru a crack in the ceiling and the other caused pooling under the floor tiles. I called other competitors first. One company charged $295-$300 for a wax seal per toilet. Another company charged $144 per hour, not including cost of supplies. I finally decided to call Glasshouse Plumbing based on reviews.. Ivan came out, took one look and immediately knew that the toilets needed to be reset. Final cost of repairs? $400, which is not bad in comparison to the others. The reviews were right! Ivan was very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, made sure the area was clean , very detailed and he explained probable causes and offered solutions that would be cost effective. I was very pleased overall and happy to say I've found a new plumber! Give them a try, I highly recommend!

I had a basement backup from sewage and he replaced the old basement pipes and placed new ones. He also jetted out the pipes to remove the backed up tree roots. I’m elated at the service. They were able to do it the all in the same day. I highly recommend Glasshouse Plumbing! ❤️❤️❤️

Extremely disappointed might as well as strong arm robbed me! Called about Hot water heater not staying lit at my tenants house he sends Ivan, Ivan does work and says it's fixed. I pay him $85, tenant calls back not even 10 minutes and says the pilot light went out again. I call Ivan no answer call call main number no answer. PRIOR to that getting answered 2 ring maximum. Hour later Ivan call back you looking for a plumber. I explain he say well you need a new tank that ONE is from 2012. I'm like you basically charged me $85 and did nothing I was able to get it lit. His response you can apply it towards future work

The absolute best plumbing services I have used. They are professional, knowledgeable and honest (something which is very hard to come by in the service industry). They identified the problem and provided multiple cost effective solutions. I would a recommend them to anyone who looking for a honest and professional plumbing service.

I requested a estimate, two people showed up to my house and barely spoke two words to me. They were not very professional when talking over the phone. I have now waited over a week for my quote for the proposed work. I have called 3 different times to try to prompt them to give me a quote and still no response. I wouldn't use this company if they were the lowest price I got, not worth the headache.

Called to change out a shark bite with a straight piece of galvanized pipe. About 1/2 hour project MAX. For 2 days they kept telling me a guy was calling my phone when I specifically told them to just come over and knock on the door. Checked my phone records and no call from Glasshouse. So, we set up a specific time and they were still a no show. Couldn't leave a message on their stupid phone system. Didn't answer any texts, we just CANCELLED.

Two young men showed up to my property to snake out main drain. The house had sat vacant for over 2 years and was about to be occupied. Within 5 minutes of running their machine, the snake hit an obstruction and would not go any further. The young man standing near the drain pulled the snake attachment but it would not move so the other person reversed the machine and pulled the snake out. There was a bit of mud on the end and I was told that the sewer collapsed. I was quoted a price of $3500 and they left after requesting full payment of $120 after working for less than 10 minutes. Paid a different plumbing contractor the next day for camera services but he didn't need to use that service because after hitting the same obstruction that the GlassHouse plumbing employees the previous day, the new contractor continued attempting to break thru and he did. After he had gone the 65' out to the main sewer drain, he came back with tree roots. I feel cheated and scammed out of my money because the GlassHouse plumbing employees never tried to get past the blockage, told me that I needed my sewer line replaced and they charged the full amount even though they did nothing.

First they show up and didn’t do what I asked. I rescheduled them to come out the next day and they never showed up after saying they were running behind schedule a major failure

Came for them to look at a trap and fix it they fixed the wrong one all my money gone and im still in need of a floor drain trap they fixed the main drain smh feeling hurt

They were extremely busy
It took me a week to get a hold of them. They did not show up at my appointment time. I had to keep calling, they finally came. The price for my job was too high for what I had done. $300 to fix bathroom tub leaks. It did get fixed.
