Very nice and friendly person. Had a problem at a rental house of mine. They came out the next day and took of it without any problems. There was even a small issue that wasnt foreseen that they fixed for me. Will definitely use them again if i ever have any plumbing needs.

Had them come out to clear a sump pump drainage pipe. They used the wrong tool, and broke my pipe as they were not the first company to scope my pipe! When here asked them how much it would be to fix a broken pipe and their off the hip quote was 5100$. Even the main office has not gotten back with me on an official quote to fix my now broken pipe not just clogged pipe. I have called twice and told both times I would get a call back. The two men who came out were friendly however, it just doesn’t seem like this company really knows sump pump plumbing. Thanks for the broken pipe.

Motor City plumbing is absolutely amazing. They were responsive. They came out immediately. Tim explained the situation and the repair in detail. He was knowledgeable, fair, and extremely helpful. This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Calhoun does a great job at a fair price. They also really know the neighborhoods in NW Detroit and the issues specific to the area. Worked with us through a major plumbing issue in an older home and stood behind their work to make sure everything was right, even months down the line. Highly recommended.

Quality customer service. He explained and showed me my problem with the leak under my sink. Very skilled on replacing the leaking pipe and cleaned up after he was completed. Reasonable.
