Fantastic service! I had an emergency issue after 5pm during the holidays and Mark had 2 people at my house in 20 min. They were very polite and went above and beyond to help me with my issue and get me fixed up. Thanks again!!!

Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

I wanted all the Kitec removed before I ran into trouble.
From the original quote to the Boss to the Plumbers and to the drywall repair, every trade was punctual, professional, courteous, very personable & accommodating, and happy to go the extra mile. The cost was very reasonable and included cutting out the minimal drywall sections, the entire refit and then total drywall repair right down to priming. There was no inconvenience to us and were very respectful with no mess made and their clean up was as professional as their work.
I am overly impressed with there professionalism, workmanship, and friendly attitudes. I even learned a few things they taught me.
I don't believe I could of made a better choice of Company.

The service contacted me within 30 min of my request for evaluation. They scheduled me at a convenient time per my schedule and when I got out of work early, they were able to push my appointment to earlier. The Service person was friendly and immediately identified the issue. He fixed the problem and offered any additional plumbing services if needed. They did an excellent job!

Amazing service. Super nice and professional. Tim and Noah were the best. They came in to fix a broken pipe in our basement, kept us informed of the whole process and cleaned everything up perfectly. So happy with the whole process from estimate to completed job. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Highly recommend this company. My water heater was leaking everywhere I was able to get ahold of their company's after hour service and was forwarded to a plumber immediately. He instructed me how to turn off the water and came out and replaced my water heater that day. Very clean and efficient. He wore a mask and foot protection.

Quality customer service. He explained and showed me my problem with the leak under my sink. Very skilled on replacing the leaking pipe and cleaned up after he was completed. Reasonable.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the latest service I've received from this company.1. After receiving a phone call saying the technician would be there in 30-45 minutes, he showed up 1 hour and 25 minutes later2. I needed to get a new hot water heater. He said he'd be back in about an hour with everything - he was back in 2 hours and needed to leave during the installation to get a vital part he didn't get before3. He left his booties on my kitchen counter and tracked mud all over my floor.4. He didn't turn the water back on for my washing machine.5. When I called to report the issue, the call service had the technician call me. He kept telling me to just reach back there to turn it on, even though the space was too tight and the washer/dryer combo positioned so it couldn't be reached without moving the unit (which I was having difficulty doing. He said he couldn't come back that night or the next day because he was off, but I could call the call center to arrange for someone to come out and fix it free of charge.6. When I called the call center, they seemed surprised that someone would come out to fix a mistake made by their technician free of charge. They had me hang up so they could call the technician.7. After twenty minutes, they called back to tell me that no one could come out that night (even though they're a 24 hour business), but the same technician would come out the next day to fix it.Rather than have the same technician come back to my home, I managed to get the washer/dryer combo out of the closet by removing the closet door. When I did so, I saw what a shoddy job they did reattaching my dryer vent hose. There were holes in it. I'm still working on repairing that.I've used Edwards Plumbing and Heating before and been satisfied with their work on little things, but after this I'm doubtful I'll use them again.
