Ken was super responsive, came out and diagnosed a pretty serious drain problem. He was able to come back the same day and complete a pretty extensive job that required digging in the back yard and removing an old trap and installing a clean out. Not even 24 hours after my drains backed up, Ken had everything working again, better than before. I would highly recommend him and definitely will be calling for any future plumbing needs

Very horrible job. Came to my house to repair my main sewer line. He made a big hole on the main sewer line just to get the p trap in. Now I’m dealing with a $6,000 repair job this man did. Very upsetting to have to deal with this. I hope everyone stays away from this guy.

Extremely pleased with my service! Answered on second ring and gave an expected time of 40 minutes but when his last job was completed early, he communicated promptly and was able to arrive within 20 minutes! He explained as the work was being done and now I’m a little more knowledgeable of how it works and able to maintain it. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Called multiple times being told that someone would be out to my place today and that a plumber would call me either in a few hours or the morning the next day. It's been 5 days and now I can't even get a hold of them at all on a Monday afternoon.
