Lamar came over to check out a sewage smell and replaced the sump pump for us. Additionally we asked him to look at our brand new dishwasher after multiple others had said it was just defective. He fixed the connection to the garbage disposal and it finally works! Lamar was very professional, helpful and kind. Will definitely be using Roto Rooter again!

We had a storm water broken pipe. He came quick to check the problem. Got the quote by email, described everything he would do, in terms I could understand. I liked I could accept the quote in the same e-mail because of the system he uses.
They worked clean, replaced the broken pipe and a bit more at no extra cost for me, which it was great, since we spent already money on this repair before.
He checked a temporary repair I had in my sump pump, because of my broken pipe. Explained what to do about it in words I could understand.
Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend him and if needed, we'll use this company again.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

We contacted Cregger based on all the great reviews to install a Rheem water heater. James arrived right on time and did an amazing job installing the heater. Very professional friendly and efficient. We were so impressed that James will be our plumber on duty for any future work. Also, pricing was very appropriate and way cheaper than the Lowe's or Homer Depot who charge 50% more.

A/C Service with Murad was professional, quick, and easy to communicate with. He listened to my questions and patiently educated Me on my unit and how to maintain throughout the seasons. I would recommend this provider, as a courtesy he even made sure he didn't carelessly track dirt through the house which most service workers in my experience could care less. I had a list of plumbing jobs to do once our kitchen remodel was complete : install faucet, disposal, dishwasher, sink shutoff valves, fridge water line, remove and cap gas line, new hose bibs, toilet repair. Plumbing Techs (Gregg) explained what was needed and provided an accurate quote. He showed up on time, got to work and had it completed that day. I like that all the work is backed by a warranty. Would definitely use them again. Outstanding.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap
