Best Installation Work in Detroit MI

Paid alot of money to have a sump and backwater installed properly they didn't have to do anything but install the stuff they over charged for reliability then got rude when I asked why the install wasnt done properly. Mark said I should be able to figure it out.... if I'm a contractor.

They came out the day I called for the estimate and did the job the next morning. Excellent job.

He was empathetic, professional and was able to quickly diagnosed the problem. He returned with a compressor and wala my home feels amazing. Great job!! I just got home after having a baby the day prior and desperately wanted to shower. Just as I was getting in the shower I broke the diverted off the spout. I called Bubby’s and the receptionist said they were booked and couldn’t get anyone out until the next morning. I explained to her I had just got home from the hospital. She ended up calling me back 15mins later and was able to get someone over to fix the shower. I was SO appreciative. The plumbers had my shower fixed in under an hour without issue. I cannot say enough good things about Bubby’s! Thank you Bubby’s for helping this new mama out!

A+ Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain arrived within an hour of my phone call, even on July 5th, Friday of the holiday weekend! The service was prompt, successful and very fairly priced. Ron was very informative, taking time to explain the issues and options.

We are new homeowners in this older home since January. We have a home warranty. The warranty company had sent their contractor out on July 3rd and charged $60 to say the clog was outside the foundation. They only used a camera and said they saw roots and mud and would not snake – they never looked inside the house. They said we needed a major dig up and the contractor referred us to one of their contacts that could do the work. We instead called Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain. Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain snaked from right inside the house to the street. There was not a clog. They snaked within the house, found the blockage and fixed it. I would definitely recommend Iron Pipe Sewer and Drain.

I called at 8 AM with my plumbing problem. They were able to send a plumber the same afternoon. Should I need a plumber again this will be the first company I will call.

Max came to my fathers house on 12/22 for a major leak repair and was very professional and was on time and explained everything to my father. He detailed two quotes and what they entailed, what pricing would be and was able to complete repairs same day. Would highly recommend him and the company.

This company came out to attempt to fix a clogged drain. They cut the metal drain cap off the drain and didn’t have the decency to return it back to the way it was. Then he tells me that to fix the problem they need to replace the whole drain pipe in the basement and bust up some of my basement floor. Do not use this company very unprofessional! I reached out to them to tell him that he broke my cap and he yells at me proceeds to tell me to get another plumber to fix the cap

Calhoun does a great job at a fair price. They also really know the neighborhoods in NW Detroit and the issues specific to the area. Worked with us through a major plumbing issue in an older home and stood behind their work to make sure everything was right, even months down the line. Highly recommended.

My issue was not resolved over the course of 3 days and 2 technicians. The technicians and dispatchers were courteous and informative, but unable to get my water back on.
