I contacted Plumbing Now to address my clogged toilet on a Saturday. Adam arrived within an hour, as promised. He took his time to assess the problem and ensure the right repair was done to solve the problem. I also had him replace the old drain plug on the bathroom sink. I found Adam to be very friendly and professional and he did great work in a reasonable amount of time. I also think he charged a fair price for the two jobs. I will be sure to contact Plumbing Now next time I have a plumbing issue and hopefully Adam will be available to assist.

Had back up drain in bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Was not sure if pipes old or just normal hair clog for bathroom and food or old pipes for kitchen. I was referred to Mike by a friend. Mike was very friendly when calling to set an appointment and worked out a date to come out (not an emergency situation or he would've fit in). Called before arriving as promised. No issue with Kitchen sink - disposal worked itself out with simple fix and no need to do anything to that. Bathroom sink was normal hair/soap back up and was easy fix. Did find out from Mike and Jason that the contractors that did the bathroom remodel did not replace the galvanized pipes as they were told to do. I am VERY happy with service: friendliness and honesty I received as well as advisement on what product not to use and only use if needed. I am very pleased with the referral to Mike and did let my friend know! I will DEFINITELY refer to others. Honest, professional, timely & friendly service! Thanks Mike & Jason - hopefully won't need you much but keepers!

Had a very complicated and complex plumbing issue in an older building in Hamtramck. Ron was the man for the job! I used Cregger Plumbing last year to snake out my sewer line. The Professional Service, the clean up, he listen to you and he explain what they did. I had to call on them again to replace my kitchen faucet. I got the same Professional Service from these Guys. I'm very Thankful for Cregger. I be calling on them again for more plumbing work. I can't speak for his plumbing abilities. However his driving abilities are terrible. Driving on the expressway on the passing lane going 95 km an hour refusing to move over. Unprofessional, and reckless. Not a good idea driving your company vehicle. 👋
