I decided to change the kitchen faucet and was up until after 2am trying to remove the female adapter from the wall unit and was not successful. I needed the water back on in the house. I called Mr. Donald Southern around 6am and was able to arrange a time with him to come out and have a look at the problem; turns out the adapter that I was able to remove needed to be replaced. Mr. Southern was able to replace it. All was done in just over an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable of his craft and was punctual. The price for a same day call out was very reasonable. Will be using his service again!

Because of the urgency of our situation, and despite complications with the water heater delivery, Don worked us into his busy schedule (twice this week) and installed the water heater as soon as it was available. Great service got what I needed done quick for a great price

My 2nd time using Southern Mechanical plumbing. First time was for a flooded basement on New Years Eve of all days but Donald came out quickly and resolved the issue. Second time was this past Saturday to install a new hot water heater. Time he gave to arrive was 10am but he showed up a bit earlier (9:45) which was great! Installed in a timely manner and even did a follow up call to make sure hot water was running as should be. Highly recommend them. Thanks Southern Mechanical!

Had a clogged sewer line that Don came out and had cleared in no time. I had another company come out twice and couldn't clear the line. Southern Mechanical Plumbing got the job done right and charged less that the other company. Will definitely be calling them in the future!!
