Don replaced the broken, cracked stack in my basement at an incredibly great price and came out same day. Cheaper than everyone else I called and the work seems to be quality. There's also a 1-year warranty if there are any leaks in the future. Don was friendly, professional, and took time to explain everything to me. Highly recommend!

Very professional, polite and to the point, appreciated the straight up approach to resolving our clogged basement drain.
They were on time, assess the situation. And quickly got it resolved. Also recommendations to prevent it in the future. Now the drain is flowing freely and should be.

I would recommend this service to everyone. Price was reasonable... the guy was respectful and polite. We called him and within an hour he arrived and finished the job quickly. Excellent service. O and he also fixed what we had no knowledge about on top of what we called him for.

Excellent service, reasonably price, and very professional. I was experiencing problem with my drain backing up in the basement. I called and they were there within an hour. Went right to work. Highly recommend!
I decided to change the kitchen faucet and was up until after 2am trying to remove the female adapter from the wall unit and was not successful. I needed the water back on in the house. I called Mr. Donald Southern around 6am and was able to arrange a time with him to come out and have a look at the problem; turns out the adapter that I was able to remove needed to be replaced. Mr. Southern was able to replace it. All was done in just over an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable of his craft and was punctual. The price for a same day call out was very reasonable. Will be using his service again!

Don came and saved the day! My main water line broke at my foundation causing all types of problems and Don came through in a clutch. He's a good guy and I will definitely do business with him again.
Because of the urgency of our situation, and despite complications with the water heater delivery, Don worked us into his busy schedule (twice this week) and installed the water heater as soon as it was available. He has done several plumbing projects for us, and I can say that he responds quickly, is honest and dependable, and does excellent work!

My 2nd time using Southern Mechanical plumbing. First time was for a flooded basement on New Years Eve of all days but Donald came out quickly and resolved the issue. Second time was this past Saturday to install a new hot water heater. Time he gave to arrive was 10am but he showed up a bit earlier (9:45) which was great! Installed in a timely manner and even did a follow up call to make sure hot water was running as should be. Highly recommend them. Thanks Southern Mechanical!

Had a clogged sewer line that Don came out and had cleared in no time. I had another company come out twice and couldn't clear the line. Southern Mechanical Plumbing got the job done right and charged less that the other company. Will definitely be calling them in the future!!
