Repaired toilet and a few days later toilet was still running. Called them to come back several times. They never came back. Very unprofessional.

Not only did Mr.Moore repair our boiler he took time to explain other safety risk we needed to know about. We will utilize Mr.Moore for any boiler service moving forward.

This company save me money MR. Moore can out and told me exactly what I need to do the other company wanted to do get all the money that they can ALL IM SAYING IS THAT I WILL BE DOING BUSINESS WITH COMPANY AGAIN

They did work for me, then said they will replace an air vent for my system and they never did... They even took the original part and didn't return. They didn't give me a receipt for the work done. It was very unprofessional. Only positive was they were taking their time figuring out my system.

I left a message for the original part. All I want is the part back..and no response.

Unprofessional. Calls and text messages go unreturned. Companies like this make it difficult for the other local businesses in Detroit. My advice: FIND ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY.

They are extremely unprofessional and unproductive the owner Mr.Frank Moore said that he was on his way and he never showed up never called to say he couldn't make it. I called him back several times to ask was he going to come take a look at my furnace the phone kept going to voicemail...

Charged 100 dollars to snake our drain. It backed up 9 days later, took them 5 days after that to come back out and then said they are gonna charge us while getting in my face n cussing like he was someone, just another convict working for a company full of con artists. Thats OK I got video and friends at fox 2 you bunch of scumbags....

I called them yesterday morning to fix my main drain. The lady told me someone would be there in the afternoon.. didn’t get a call until 6 in the evening saying someone would be here in 45 minutes.. it’s almost 8pm and I got a call saying I should reschedule since there’s a delay. The last time I needed help they took forever to send someone..Mine you there’s water in my basement and that whole time I was waiting on them.. someone else could of came and fixed my problem. I never did receive a phone call back after saying it would be hard to reschedule. Anyway I found someone else who was much cheaper and professional.. glad I was never helped. Now I won’t need their service anymore 😌

They came and repaired my pipe, it was good for about 2 weeks and the same problem reoccurred, they gave me a 90 day warranty but it has been 5 days and they haven't responded yet, I'm forced to call another company.

It was terrible they could not get the problem fixed I had to call another plumber to get it fixed

Curtious, Reliable, and reasonable I would recommend this company for plumbing issue's. I would recommend that this company offer Senior Discounts for their elderly customers on fixed incomes.

Warning Do Not Use Anthony Moore plumbing services. #1 Yes Mr Moore and his helper Carl is pleasant to accept the job of your request. #2 But Does Not do a professional job and will mess up costing you more money. #3 Perfect example I only asked for a gas pipe above my hot water tank to be replaced. Now Mr Moore and Carl takes it upon their selves to also disassemble my hot water tank to replace a thermal cable that my tank does not recognize and still no hot water. These guys are very irresponsible and costing me more money that Tony Moore say “dte will take care of it through your protection plan “ wow seriously

They came out to fix my mind drain and not even 24 hours later it was back the same way and they do not give out receipt or nothing SO PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE BAD FOR BUSINESS

This guy didn’t even know what LARA was. They had people coming in and out of the house. They were messy. And i do not recommend them.

Tony Moore started a plumbing job and failed to complete it. The quality of work was poor. The stack was installed incorrectly as well as other things. I tried to rectify the situation but to no avail.

This company doesn’t answer the phone, they take money for services they don’t provide, and when you call back they don’t answer the phone. Avoid this company at all costs.

They came over after hours when I had a flooded basement and had the drains cleaned and the water gone in an hour. They were courteous and professional and did not rip me off. Would definitely hire again.

Made appointment promptly and arrived as planned. Fixed the drain immediately. Gave advice to prevent reoccurring.

Terrible company. Promised at 1pm someone would be out by 4. No one every showed or called. I would never call or recommend them to anyone.

If I could give no stars I would very rude. Why advertise your 24 hrs then complain about people calling for services.

This place and owner is very unprofessional a employee of theirs damaged my car with a work vehicle and he refuses to call me or take responsibility for the incident.

I will never use this service again! They do not return your calls when needed. I had a new furnace installed and needed a part at a later date. I called several times, they did not return my call. Very slow to no service.

Do not use, they replaced a faucet that leaked. I called and they kept saying they ll come and for 4 days they did not show up. My basement flooded

I was in desperate need to get my A/C fixed. I called once someone picked up the phone and said they would get back with me within the hour. They never returned the call. I called several times afterwards and someone continued to disconnect the call. Very unprofessional!!!;

Horrible service gave 1200 depoist on 1800 job quote.. 2 months later job not finished and owner no longer accepts my calls

Called early a.m. was told that someone would be out in a couple hours after 3 hours no one called back or showed up. Poor customer services. Called back explain what was told to me and the person took my name and number and was told they will call too the service man to see where he was at. No call back. Totally unacceptable!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! The most unprofessional company that I have ever worked with. Plumber never finished the job, misquoted, and damaged the toilet. Owner hung up on my when I called to talk about the damages and inconvenience.

Unfortunately, This company has earned each poor review. I called them on January 19th (currently out of the country), for an emergency at my rental property. After speaking with the operator for several minutes, with a commitment of having a technician go out to the property same day. After several hours no one showed up. My tenant called several times to confirm a ETA to no avail. I called them again today, January 20th, only for a man to answer and I WILL CALL YOU BACK, IM BUSY WOW! Not only are they unprofessional, they are also a waste of time.

Snaked out my kitchen sink afterwards it was still clogged I called them the very next day to let them know that the water was going out slowly the owner told me that I would have to pay some more money for them to come back out to trying in fix the problem one never came I had to call back every other day to try to get some one to come back out in complete the job no one never came they just kept giving me the run around about when they were coming in nobody ever showed up I asked for a refund or some of my money back the owner side he was not given me any money back so I just wanna let other people know that these guys are ripping people off they services are terrible they get two 👎👎from me.

5 star because of the technician I had to service my home was very professional, nice and respectful. He also ensured that he got the job done in a timely manner even though he ran into a few complications.

Don't use this place period. Cash only, bad sign. Installed water heater one of the pipes still leak. Wasn't advised about potential carbon monoxide issue because the guy was a floor tile installer NOT a plumber. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Couldn't tell you, talked to them and they never called me back or came to the property.

They serviced us twice on two different projects; Well Done. They performed 5 Star the first time, and repeated 5 Star service the next time. We'er extremely satisfied with them.
