Kevin Spencer from Cregger arrived at my home today to replace my sump pump that had failed. He arrived exactly on time and he was polite, professional and efficient. He completed the task in half the time I expected with zero issues. Fantastic service!

I had water backing up into my sink and we called and had Mango Plumbing come out. They cleared the initial clog and reported their is a second blockage behind the first. The tech told us the snake was being blocked by something in the drain. Possibly the drain pipe broke due to age. They didn't have the time or tools to continue fixing this larger problem which is understandable. This is where our problem began.
3 different times I called to schedule the return visit. They would say they will call back each time and never do. The reason we called and paid was never resolved. I still have a sink I can't use after we paid $275 to have the clog removed (clearly in hindsight we should not have paid this until the drain was fully running. It felt right at the time to pay for the work done up to that time).

After a week, we've had to call and pay another company to survey the problem. Which means I have to pay another company to snake, and camera because no one is going to do work without diagnosing the problem.
I would recommend finding a company that can complete the whole job so you don't have to pay to have the same work to be done twice.

If you had a basic clog, and it turns out to be nothing more then that. Yeah they are fine and the people that come out are nice.

Verry knowledgeable and came and estimated the issue with speed and a good level of knowledge.

edit: Spoke with Theresa about the issue I had, she was very apologetic & the owner agreed to refund the charges. One of the best outcomes from a bad situation. I WILL be using this company again. Thank you for resolving this issue with such grace.Was told the power to the sump pump was off...he reset the breaker & said we have an electrical issue. Didn't unplug the unit to see if it was electrical or a bad sump pump. Had asked for a drain cleaning because the toilet & shower weren't flushing/draining. He did nothing & I paid $70...he was gone in less than 10 min. I wasn't hone or this wouldn't have happened.

Starting with Miss. Kristine , she was so charming and a delight to talk to. She answered the phone with a smile which you could see through the phone. Scheduled same day appt and Dan showed up promptly. He was so nice and pleasant. Took care of the problem within the hour. He was actually smiling while snaking the toilet. Who does that? 😄 Highly recommend!

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.
