Have used Nelson Bros. for years. They’ve always been dependable and have done a great job. Jessie did a great job for me today clearing my bathroom drain and my fixing outdoor faucet.

As a first time home owner who was raised in apartments I cannot express my gratitude enough! Our 20yr old ac died Tuesday night , they called me early Wednesday morning , Came out for an estimate Wednesday late morning and installed by Friday. Technician Scott Latessa was phenomenal! Answered all questions, was phenomenal with my dogs(huge bonus). I am so grateful. The office was fantastic with answering the phone and getting back to me timely. Out of the 8 places I called, I only heard back from 3. Crègger was first come, and also had the quickest install date. Considering it’s been in the 90s all week and realistically most of the summer I am truly grateful.

This review is for Mr. Rooter in the Metro Detroit Area: I am happy that I decided to call them. I had already called 2 other local companies and they did not show up. Mr. Rooter was the 3 company that came, they gave me a quote and on the same day started the work the same afternoon. They brought the jetter and worked for a few hours and since they did not finished they came back the next morning. They completed the work and suprisingly the price was about the same as the other 2 companies.

The only thing I wished they had done is that they forgot to wipe a few areas that ended up dirty.

D’Angelo was AWESOME. Polite and friendly. After some investigation, knew what and where the problem was. Immediately fixed the problem and did an awesome job cleaning up. Totally recommend this company and staff.

I spoke to Mike on a Thursday and he had someone at my house at 8am on a Friday. His employee was punctual and so kind. He explained everything to me before he did it. He was so efficient and had all the parts we needed because Mike warned him ahead of time. It was such a great experience! I’d suggest them to anyone!!!

This company was great! We had sewage backing up in our laundry tub at 8 pm on a Saturday. They arrived within an hour and did a wonderful job. Very courteous and careful about our home - removed shoes when going in and out of the house, carried equipment out that had been exposed to sewage, and even cleaned up by mopping and using Lysol. To top it off, their fee was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
