this company truly saved the day. I was having my niece's 14th birthday party at my house on Sunday. I woke up to sewage in my basement. This is the only company that called me back quickly and showed up quickly. They came out quickly. They were kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and sympathetic to my situation . Best of all they were reasonable for being called out on a Sunday. They Fixed the problem promptly and told us about a problem we may have in the future and gave us an estimate. Be very careful of the good ratings. I’m sure there all fake. Called on 2 different occasions and was told a time and day they will be there and both times no call no show. If you go through fake 5 star reviews you’ll see I’m not the only one this has happened to. Don’t waste your time. Especially during a plumbing emergency.

I had a back up at night last night and my entire basement had 5 inches of water well because if was raw sewage it turned out to be a big deal i had the choice to just let them open the drain and leave or do the cleanup as well i had to i wasnt touching anything all my familys clothes had to get thrown away they tarped up my house removed carpet did a great job Idk what i would of done without this company

I had a back up in the basement at my house in lincoln park. I needed to get it fix asap cause I was going out of town for a wedding. 24 hr plumbing was here within 30 min and help me out. Gave me a great price and did a great job. Explained the problem and solutions to fix it. Appreciate the good work, integrity in a company is hard to find these days and your company showed it.

Well not so merry Christmas to me, unfortunately my hot water tank went out however Brandon not only called me back quickly and was able to come out and take care of everything for me. He did a great job and took care of me on the price. Nobody likes to be taken advantage during the holidays and Brandon really took great care of me. I highly recommend him.

Edited after company's false response to my review:
1) Pricing: Company charged 3x the price for plumbing work as they knew most of it would be covered by insurance. I had to make them fully itemize their work to actually get realistic pricing for their work. I asked how much and he initially said Eh about 16k and no actual math to calculate that.

I had two other plumbing companies quote the work performed (afterwards) to just see if 24 hour plumbing was fair, and they all quoted 1/3rd the price of the original quote.

They also tried to charge me a holiday fee for the work they performed on Thanksgiving of 2016. Notice the lie in their response of work finished 4 years ago. Innaccurate. Their website clearly stated NO HOLIDAY FEES. We even made them food for Thanksgiving and they still tried to charge us against their policy

2) Quality of work: Terrible. They put no tarps in, their was dust all over my basement, mud all over my stairs, and all of their dirty gloves, cigarettes, and trash left in my basement and street. They did not cleanup afterwards.(See pictures) I also needed waste removal and I had to call them every day for two weeks straight for them to remove the waste (waste removal I paid for).

This company is bogus. Make sure you shop around and actually read the negative comments on here because they will make you THINK they are doing a good job and that their prices are fair but they are only here to make a quick buck.

Look at their reply to this review and you can easily see their devious intentions. Sorry for those who have gone through the trouble with these amateurs.

BTW they randomly left the night they got there and never even told me they were leaving and coming back the next day.

Look no further.... I could not imagine finding someone more knowledgeable, helpful and fair at their profession. I had a particularly rough day that ended with coming home to a very large leak. Brandon was nice when he basiclly told me that i was screwed and had a massive problem. We fixed the easiest thing possible and talked about options finish the job. I wouldnt go to anyone else to get this job completed. If someone could do it cheaper i wouldnt care; because no one can do the job with more integrity than Brandon.

Came right out same night, cleared our floor drain

Waited 7 1/2 hours for arrival. Called to “remind” them that we were waiting with a plumbing emergency. When they finally came, they stated that their credit card machine was down and could only take cash. Please don’t waste your time and money. A complete SCAM! Gave them a single star rating since zero star rating wasn’t an option.
To clarify, they refused to take check, and claimed they could only take cash.

They are very friendly and understand about emergencies. Their prices are very affordable

We had sewer back up in our 12 unit Loft building in the downtown area. Sewer had backed up into all the toilets and tubs, it was a Sunday everyone I called said they couldn't be out until Monday , and that was not an option with the tenants. 24 Hour Plumbing responded and said they would be out as soon as possible William and Sean showed up, it was actually Williams day off, but he was there and assured me that they would not leave until the building was up and operational!!! They worked hard a few hours, but finally got everything running. They very professional , and great guys I definitely would highly recommend them. As a property manager, it is important to find great dependable plumbers that are honest and know what they are doing. 24 Hour Plumbing definitely is that company and will be getting repeated business from us.

Brandon was AMAZING!! He came out to my home when I was in dire need. The water in my shower was running full force and would not turn off. Brandon came out after midnight to assess the problem and he was right back the next morning to compete the job. He was very professional and thorough. He did an EXCELLENT job for a GREAT price. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY CONCERTE WORK! I felt like I had little choice when they came out and gave me a run down saying they need to break my basement floor. If you do decide to use them get a second quote as these guys prices they give start sky high then they give you a deal which I'm not even sure is a deal. That being said with the quality of the work they did I'd say it was a bad deal. The concrete work was awful unlevel and rough. I didn't expect perfection but there is no reason I should have to redo the concrete to have a level floor again after paying $4700. If I can make the concrete smoother then someone being paid to do it there is something wrong. Then they left a mess in my basement along with cigarettes butts and used rubber gloves in my driveway then denied it when I called them out on it on the phone the next day. If you need anything more then unclogging of a drain done call someone else. What a joke.

Great Fast Local Service they had to cut my patio because my sewer cleanout was under the patio snaked and camera my sewer they did so much to make things right I don't know what I would of done without them thank you guys so much!

scam, plumber came out and said my pipe was broke and I'm on a slab so they would have to bust up my floor in my dinning room but it would be ok because the insurance company would pay for it and also pay to have everything put back to normal. he wanted to get started on the weekend so the adjuster couldn't come out. he even said he would like to start now, my husband said no we cant do this now he needs some time so he can figure out where to get the money and the plumber said your insurance would pay for it and the would quote it higher for the insurance company so it would be around 15000.00 but if we had to pay for it they would give us a deal but they want half up front and the rest when the job is done, even though it might take awhile for a check from the insurance company. they told me they would call the insurance company and handle everything, very upset. very pushy he said when he ran the snake there was dirt on it so it would need to be replaced. had me all upset because my house was going to be tore up, so my husband and I decided to get a second opinion and he also charged me 145.00 for nothing. my second plumber came out unclogged my sink told me I don't have a broken pipe and was not surprise over this other plumber trying to scam me. so if you ever get some crazy quote or them wanting to tear up cement to fix your pipes get a second opinion. I would like my money back from them, they lied to get money off me.

Brandon from 24 hour plumbing came to my home and took care of every problem my plumbing system had very quickly! He diagnosed the problem and communicated what was going on, very friendly professional company! Highly recommended!

Brandon stopped by on short notice and was of great help when finding a leak. He was very helpful and also offered help on the installation of our dishwasher.

Brandon and one of his partners came out tonight after our basement began to flood. He was very clear as to when he would be showing up and gave a ballpark on cost which was helpful. They did an excellent job and were able to get the job done quickly.

These guys were really great, Easy to work with and did a great job. They were considerate of my situation and I would highly recommend them.

Very fast and very affordable

I called these guys on a Friday after work at 5:42 pm. At 7:27 pm they were done and gone. They even tested out the problem 6 times before they left.

My 4 year old wanted to send some toys to the lake so naturally he flushed them down the toilet. The toilet overflowed, wouldn't flush and I couldn't plunge it for the life of me.

These guys came in quickly and took care of it. They even negotiated the price to match what another local company was running a special for.

They took off their shoes before they walked on carpet, just respectful and appreciated.

As a parent of 3 under 5 I was very (very) happy with the price given it was Friday evening.

I would definitely recommend them again and don't know what else I could ask of them or how else they could exceed my expectations ergo 5 stars.

Very Fast , Great Service.....Definately A Mist Call Everytime

After Brandon drained my flooded basement and was paid via Cash App, he refused to send me an invoice or diagnostic for the work he did. I needed his diagnostic because I filed an insurance claim for the damage from the flood and he assured me that he would help provide any documentation needed to my insurance rep. Upon attempting to follow-up on the phone, he ignored my calls and text messages even after he was scheduled to come back to my house and run a camera down a drain. He ignored my calls and texts for 2 days until I decided to stop by his business address and leave a note. He finally comes out and approaches my car admitting that he was ignoring me because he felt like I was calling him too much. I just wanted him to finish his job but he felt like following up on the phone call for an invoice and diagnostic report was me terrorizing him. He was a no call, no show, no response or follow-up for additional jobs that he agreed to provide his services for and then decided to ignore me. Very unprofessional and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend.

I was delighted to hear that they were open and available to come over the day before Easter. Gave me a Guaranteed two hour window that they would arrive. And, Guaranteed that they would be able to clear the kitchen sink blockage...... They Never showed, and Never called. :(... I tried calling but the voicemail was full! Couldn't even leave a msg. That's two USELESS guarantees. The kid sounded young but hopeful. I won't use his name as he knows I'm talking about him. Lives and learns kid. Never EVER guarantee what you can't deliver. Always factor in the unknowns. AND... ALWAYS. ALWAYS call if you're not going to hit the target time of arrival. I could have called someone else if i'd have known, now we have to wait till Monday due to the holiday.

I called today my bath tub was not draining the gentleman did a video call with me and walk me through how to unclog the draining. Now that is service I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

Don’t hire! Charges $350 min charge to come out to snake toilet, can’t get the toilet line unclogged. Then says that will be $1500 to remove 3’ of straight away soil pipe.... then says if they have to take the crows foot (where all pipes connect) would be $3000. Really puts you on the spot in a bad situation.

Waited till morning had another reputable big name company come out and charged $365 to replace whole crows foot and soil pipe.

On top of that they leave your bathroom covered in feces and don’t clean up even when they leave your home without correcting the clog. Still charging you.

NO CALL NO SHOW.... called the guy and waited 6 hrs and he never showed up or called to let me know was was going on. In hindsight im happy he didn’t come. He told me it would cost $150 to snake out my drain and I just payed some $75 for the same thing

I called 24 hour plumbing company within 2 hours the Company arrived they went on the roof and Camera Inspected my vent line Highly reccomended

I called them around 10pm and they answered my call right away and was able to come in an hour as promised. The plumbers made sure to show me everything and explained the situation and potential solutions thoroughly. Very friendly. They were also able to quickly email me an estimate on the spot.

My kids put chalk down the bathroom sink which caused the toilet to back up in the tube I was livid. Needed same day services and they came with in two hours. Fixed the problem in Less than 20 minutes.

my experience with 24 hour plumbing company was great the whole experience was horrible but they made things way better for me because I had all sewage on my floor in my basement they said my main was baked up so they snaked it out when they pulled there cable on there snake it was all tree roots I know that my problem was bad so they recommended a sewer camera so we did that and I seen my sewer was all tree roots so we did a trailer water jet and they camerad it again and my sewer almost looked brand new! thank you this company really helped me

Shout out to 24 Hour Plumbing Company. I had a major leak from the valve at the water meter. The original plumber I had waited all afternoon for called at 5:15 and canceled. I called everywhere and no one could turn the water off from outside but Brandon from 24 Hour Plumbing got the city out at 6:30 to shut it off and he came out right away and fixed the valve. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

Scam Artists!!! Told us they have the best equipment out there. Put on quite the show of tearing apart our bathroom and saying our problem was sooooo bad that the snake and camera couldnt even make it a quarter way down to the main. Said we needed complete re pipe for sewer main for $14,000+! Don't use your water Its the worst we have seen. We ALMOST fell for it! Had another plumber come out next day for 2nd opinion. Had absolutely NO PROBLEM snaking all the way down to the main! We were still worried and now confused with having such DIFFERENT opinions. Sonwe even paid for a third opinion. Everything looked fine!!!! What the hell!?!?! We are a young low income couple. If your going to try to scam us at least just tell us its a $2,000-$3,000 problem. Better chqnce that we would have fell for it. But $14,000+!!!!! You bet your ass we are getting a 2nd and even 3rd opinion! How many people do you PAY to write the GOOD reviews??? Don't trust the good reviews. In this case.... trust the BAD reviews. They are all quite similar and VERY TRUE! SHAME ON YOU KEVIN AND BRANDON.

I searched everywhere for a 24 Hour Plumbing Company it was late night Emergency Service Situation they snaked out my sewer & drain and we Found a Broken pipe I actually seen it with my own two eyes very stressful hard situation the Plumbing Company did a great amazing job they also got we set up with a Water Damage & Mitigation service. I took my family in the hotel I didn't worried about nonthing our dog came with us they gave me amazing service I trusted them 100% they have a lot of good reviews I took a change and I'm very happy now very Hard Working.

We found ourselves underwater and after being stiffed by the previous plumber that was a no-show, these guys at 24/7 told us they would be out in an hour and a half on Friday night. It was already 10 PM and they sounded promising. Our water was inching up in our basement however our disappointment grew even more when 24/7 plumbers also stiffed us and left us under water. If you’re going to promise someone that you’re going to be out and turns up that you cannot come, it’s common courtesy to give your customers a call to let them know you are not going to be able to come as promised. We ended up calling another company in the morning and they have been nothing but awesome! I don’t recommend this company because they give you false hope & leave you with empty promises...

I dont see where I can respond to your response. Yes, it was late. as we waited for you, our water was rising! I understand life gets hectic. You advertise a 24 hour company. If you are not able to meet that expectation, then perhaps change your availability. We stayed up waiting for you! How hard was it to give us a courteous call back to say that you were unable to meet the original estimated time? Would have costed nothing! As well as this bad review! I honestly do not like leaving bad reviews.... If we knew that you couldnt come out that evening, we would have called someone else and perhaps save some of our belongings that got wet. Instead, you left us with an empty promise :(

Omg i so happy for these guys Im a manager in a apartment building and had a emergency water leak in the building and i called them and they came out today with no problem and got the job done. Spoke to a gentleman named Brandon regarding my emergency plumbing issue. He stated that he was familiar with my area and that he knew exactly what the issue is regarding the flood. He gave me a one hour window time frame for arrival and he never came. I even called several times an hour later, and no one answered at all. Furthermore, if you have any emergency or even regular plumbing issues, do not contact this company because they are not professional and they will not arrive nor get back with you in at all, this business operates like a slumlord because when you need them the most they will not help you.

The guys came out after hours when no one else would. Explained everything along the way and we’re very helpful. Went above and beyond to not only fix the problem but prevent it. Would recommend and use again.

Tried to really pull a fast one on me. They had me convinced to call the insurance company in the middle of the night to start a claim. They showed me a camera of my pipes and how there was nothing there by muck and dirt in the middle of my basement, and they needed to tear it up. I glaced at the camera and it said 100 feet. I was not it my right frame of mind because i knew I had issues. Well after have a good cry, I Finally got should of my the plumber who has been snaking my drain a couple times before. I was telling him what was going on with 24 hour plumbing. My problem is not even where they wanted to tear up my basement. As for the mud and muck, he was showing me the outside drain. Stay far away from this company. Really convincing when fast talking to you. I am just glad i am one of those people who needs to regroup before I act.

24 Hour Plumbing Company is great i though i was gonna spend alot of money for what looked like a major Plumbing problem but it actually wasnt the clean up was the longest part but they did a great job im so happy i used them. I searched everywhere for a 24 Hour Plumber in Michigan and didnt get no one to help me man am i glad that i used the last people i called great for emergency service Very smart and intelligent.

Don’t not use this company ! They are complete scam artists ! We called for our business that was having plumbing problems in the middle of the night . Kevin came out “ ran a camera “ down out pipes and said all of the plumbing had clasped and it would be upwards of $15,000 ( $13,000 if we paid cash to fix ) . He offered to take $9,500 off the top to make it a “ better deal for us “ like a slimy used car sales man . He wanted to tear out all of our flooring and said we would be closed for days for repairs . He even pressured our staff to make a snap decision and tried to start the work before he had our approval . We had a second plumber come out in the morning to take a second look . He also ran a camera down the pipes and found 15 feet of frozen pipes no clasped pipes at all and it was a much cheaper & easier fix . Called the company about an emergency they said they will be there next day 9am. I called at 9am to confirm they didnt reapond. I left a message to call me still no answer. They knew i had an emergency and i waited for them . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! If you are running late and need more time just respond.

Brandon & Kevin were awesome! Came out to my house in the downriver area at the last minute on a Saturday night to fix a sewage backup. They worked with us on a fair price despite the fact this was an emergency call on a weekend. I would highly recommend this company and we plan on using them again in a few weeks for a larger project.

Left us in the dark after saying he would be here in 1 hour. Leaving us without a toilet for36 hours. I tried reaching out to them 9 times. No call no show.

I had an appointment no one called to confirmed or showed up.
I called to see if someone could come the next day. I was told yes and given a time. AGAIN, no one called or showed up. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️
This company has horrible customer service.

We needed a plumber right away for a clogged sink. Brandon answered his phone right away and was at our house within the hour to fix it. He asked us the symptoms of the problem, gave us a price to fix it and a short time later he had our sink fixed and draining properly. I will definitely give this guy my buisness again.

24 Hour Plumbing is fantastic! They went above and beyond when THEY called my son's landlord themselves, explained the situation to the landlord, and got him pay for the required plumbing service---all after 11pm! I'd recommend 24 Hour Plumbing to anyone. What excellent service and personal support!
