Initial calls with office was professional and great. I was offered same day installation which is great, but couldn't take advantage of due to work. I was then told Monday 12-3. I explained that I have to work and asked about Tuesday because I was off. I was asked what time I had to work Monday because they could come earlier. Great, I told them I had to leave between 1:00-1:30, at the latest. So I was given a 9-11or 12 timeframe and told she would let them know to aim for closer to 9. I get a call at 8:30 on Monday to confirm and told he should arrive between 9-10 or 10-30. So around 1015 an elderly gentleman man arrives ( withask but no show covers) and I think to myself I wonder if he'll be able to carry the toilet upstairs. To sum up the first day from 10:15-2p (yes over the time I specified), he has to make 2 trips to the hardware store and then tells me he'll be back later to remove old toilet because he needs to bring a dolly. And yes he did struggle getting the toilet upstairs. I was praying he didn't fall and hurt himself. Not only did he not come back, he didn't even call to say he wasn't coming back. I called the office the next morning to inquire about him and about him caulking around the toilet which I noticed he didn't do. After getting a call back from the office to say he worked late the night before, he's on the way, he shows up 1.5hrs later. He comes in with a large garbage bag, a dolly, and my mail 🙄 because he noticed I didn't get it. He goes upstairs and gets to work. I hear him coming downstairs. Once he gets in my living room I walk in there and see he's dragging the toilet across my floor. It's not on a dolly and not in the trash bag. There are white scuff marks and drips of water on my hardwood floor. I immediately ask, is my carpet wet?! 🤬 He says no, that he emptied it in the garbage bag he brought. He then goes upstairs, gets the bag and proceeds to now put the toilet on top of it. After he leaves, I call the office to complain. Kristine is again very nice and apologetic, explaining that's not how it's supposed to be done and that it was probably too heavy for him. Also she said that they probably should have sent one of the younger guys out. She said she would call the owner and get back with me. She texts (always a bad sign when they go from calling to texting) me hours later to say that they will have my carpet cleaned and to let her know a good time. I reply. Next day she replies that someone will be out the next day to clean the area. I ask for a timeframe, no response. I text again the next morning. She finally says he's picking up the cleaner and headed to me. By this time I see that the toilet is leaking and the caulk job is horrible. 🤦🏾‍♀️ Do you know they sent the SAME elderly man to come clean my carpet?! He then tries to explain that the water was clean that spilled?! 😂 Sir, if you pour clean water into a dirty toilet, it is no longer clean. Plus I can promise underneath that toilet wasn't clean! And you dragged it down my carpeted stairs, family room and scuffed my hardwood floor. He then proceeds to fix the leak and clean the carpet in my family room. I'm irritated more now and say well can I take it upstairs and clean it myself. He finally say, I'll do it. He still didn't do the stairs, just the landing. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I was over it and just done. No f/u call or text like after the first day to ask about satisfaction. I was referred to this company and had already referred them to another family member based off the compliments I heard. I went back and told them to go with someone else. I have other work that I need done and had someone else came out to rectify this issue properly I would have continued using their service. Hopefully they know now to maybe send this gentleman on 2 person jobs or jobs that don't require heavy lifting.

Edited after company's false response to my review:
1) Pricing: Company charged 3x the price for plumbing work as they knew most of it would be covered by insurance. I had to make them fully itemize their work to actually get realistic pricing for their work. I asked how much and he initially said Eh about 16k and no actual math to calculate that.

I had two other plumbing companies quote the work performed (afterwards) to just see if 24 hour plumbing was fair, and they all quoted 1/3rd the price of the original quote.

They also tried to charge me a holiday fee for the work they performed on Thanksgiving of 2016. Notice the lie in their response of work finished 4 years ago. Innaccurate. Their website clearly stated NO HOLIDAY FEES. We even made them food for Thanksgiving and they still tried to charge us against their policy

2) Quality of work: Terrible. They put no tarps in, their was dust all over my basement, mud all over my stairs, and all of their dirty gloves, cigarettes, and trash left in my basement and street. They did not cleanup afterwards.(See pictures) I also needed waste removal and I had to call them every day for two weeks straight for them to remove the waste (waste removal I paid for).

This company is bogus. Make sure you shop around and actually read the negative comments on here because they will make you THINK they are doing a good job and that their prices are fair but they are only here to make a quick buck.

Look at their reply to this review and you can easily see their devious intentions. Sorry for those who have gone through the trouble with these amateurs.

BTW they randomly left the night they got there and never even told me they were leaving and coming back the next day.

I had previously contact two other Plummer who didn't reply, I contacted Brocks plumbing, Mr. Ray came took care of my situation in a timely and very professional manner. I highly recommend Borcks Plummer Company. Thanks Mr. Ray

Our furnace went out on a Saturday before a holiday and I was concerned we wouldn’t be able to get anyone out for repairs but Larry was able to get to us and repair our furnace quickly and for a reasonable price! Larry was wonderful even with our incredibly cramped space he had to work in.

$120 to light the pilot to the hot water heater. It’s a push button really? That is ridiculous.

This company was great! We had sewage backing up in our laundry tub at 8 pm on a Saturday. They arrived within an hour and did a wonderful job. Very courteous and careful about our home - removed shoes when going in and out of the house, carried equipment out that had been exposed to sewage, and even cleaned up by mopping and using Lysol. To top it off, their fee was very reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
