The communication and responsiveness at every step was excellent. We had the same technician (Robert) give us a free estimate and then complete the work and he was very friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable in terms of the pandemic as he wore a mask throughout the process and immediately disclosed that he was fully vaccinated. Additionally, the work was completed perfectly and at the lowest end of the cost spectrum based on the initial estimate. That was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend to anyone.

Be aware, I have used them multiple times however will not again. The last time, they over charged me by around 900, did not check with me and because I trusted them, I said they could charge me and leave. It has been weeks and they have not refunded me money even after they admitted a bogus charge.Insist on a listed estimate of work, do not do a verbal agreement as they will take advantage where they can. If you can get a signed agreement of the work before they start.

I spoke to Mike on a Thursday and he had someone at my house at 8am on a Friday. His employee was punctual and so kind. He explained everything to me before he did it. He was so efficient and had all the parts we needed because Mike warned him ahead of time. It was such a great experience! I’d suggest them to anyone!!!
