Great response time after initial request for quote and everyone was very polite and professional throughout the whole process.The tech that changed my garbage disposal was on time, followed all COVID safety protocols, was very nice and he had paper covers on his shoes for entering my house. He was very efficient and also patient with all my questions.Great business and now my new go-to for all my plumbing needs.

Called early in the morning for sump pump issues. Left all the details with a very nice agent. I was called back by owner Mark to confirm job details. David and Colin were here and gone by 10:45am same day. They explained the work and price prior to completing the job. Great clean up afterword's. Very friendly and professional. I have used this company several times in the last 5 yrs and they are very consistent in great customer service. I highly recommend Plumbing Now. :)

The young man got here in less tga2 30 minutes, looked at my problem, gave me options within my budget and finished in.<1hr. He was also very nice to my 3 yr. old grandson who had an arsenal of questions.

We used bubbys plumbing to fix our sanitary line. We called him in the morning and he was there within the hour. He spent all day working to fixed it because he was determined to get it up and working. We was exceptional and we highly recommend him

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

Very Professional...installed New kitchen disposal for a reasonable price

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
