Absurdly overpriced. Call around for a quote before going with this company. I had a sewer back up issue, but I have a history installing sewer and water house services, so I knew what the problem was. I called Plumbing Now and spoke to Mark (the owner) and told him EXACTLY what I needed: A simple snake job to go through the building trap and clear a blockage heading to the main sewer in the road. It wouldn't have been more than 15-20mins of work. Mark quoted me on the phone - get this - $625.00. That is an absolutely absurd rate for a snake job. I called Mr. Rooter, who completed the job in under 30 minutes for $200 all-in. Mark seemed like a nice professional guy, , but that isn't worth a 300%+ premium. That's just taking advantage of people who don't know better.

Had a kitchen sink pipe leak. They came and fixed it and cleaned up neatly once done. It has been a week and the fix has no issues. Their prices are also reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

Technician Jerry/ jay service was very excellent.
He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
My main drain was clogged up caused flooded basements and I call waterwork plumbing in Frendale on Saturday and Jerry show up to my house within hour and took his time to do the job and very friendly explain me everything he done.

Timothy had no bedside manner he came in he got right to the money how much it was going to cost me to do this and to do that and I had them snake out the toilet I'm sorry I just wasn't impressed they charge just to come in the house I would think he wouldn't be in such a hurry to leave the house

I had a shower leak, spoke to them (Mike) over the phone told them exactly what the issue was and asked for a quote. I doubled check to see if they could do a shower remodel and he assured me that they could. They (yes there were two of them to get a quote) came in when I was not home and convinced my wife that they need to cut the kitchen ceiling to see what the problem was. After cutting it they agreed with what I told them and said that they could not fix it and I would need to contact someone else. Furthermore they charged me $75 dollars to cut a hole in the ceiling after all said and done.

Will never use these guys again for anything.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
