Through some combination of incompetence and a terrible product database (meaning it's hard for the employees to look up the right products for purposes of checking stock or even making a transaction), I always have to come back several times when transacting here, among other issues. The first time was a faucet and drain, where I had to come back the next day because they had to pull stock from another store. I never got a call like I was told I would, had to call myself and ask, and then go. Obviously I was in a hurry because I already scheduled another plumber appt for the next day, and of course the plumber couldn't do it, because he needed more parts. But it still took FOREVER when I then had to go back again to get another part. This one wasn't a huge deal really, and I was ready to let all that go. But the next was the bigger messup, where I go in specifically stating I want an ADA compliant, elongated (obviously) toilet. Again it takes forever to check out, and when we do, I get home to find when the plumber comes out that it was a round toilet. I then have the choice to pay the plumber to remove it (because he didn't know I wanted elongated), and of course charge me for it, and the installation of the next one, or go back to Advanced and simply get a round seat to match my new round toilet I didn't want. Because they gave me a round toilet with an elongated seat on the same transaction!!! Very nice. Even when I took the toilet seat back to get a round one, it took forever just to find a round version to replace it with. I'm talking over 20 minutes of sitting there. And even when they thought they had the right one, and he was coming up front, another guy said no, that's the wrong one - you want the 200. Wow! I was about to be given another wrong toilet seat!!!! Look, I'm sure the employees mean well, but I'm not going back. Too slow, and too many mistakes on top. I respect my plumbers, but when they recommended me this place to source my stuff, they're wrong.
