Mark and his team are always professional, friendly, interested and generous with their information and advice. They respond promptly to calls and take the time they need to ensure your job is properly and completely done to your satisfaction. We were also impressed by their literal red carpet treatment, their booties and their attention to cleanliness and safety. We have used them for years and intend to continue with them as our only plumbing company!

If I could rate zero I would. Plumber made an appointment with me to estimate a job, then did not contact me as he was supposed to. Plumber also didn't answer my call when I tried to reach out to him after he failed to contact me. FYI the job was a simple replacement of shower fixtures. Dont call him!

Great service, Anthony came out to fix a problem another plumbing company, that left a mess and we were recommended to contact Bubby's and they came out right away fixed the issue within in an hour they were very professional, friendly and very knowledable knew how to fix the issue right away. They will definetly be our next call if we ever need them again. Great Job Bubby's. Thank you so much for coming out and fixing our issue was a big relief.

Excellent plumbers great knowledge fair prices and prompted service what more could you ask for

I've been trying to get the plumber to stop by to bid on a major and minor project. Two of them called and setup an appointment time. Neither of them called or showed up. This is definitely not a good sign for me to want to do business with them. Moving on to another company.

The end work was good, and we’ve had L&S out before with no issues. However, some odd things included turning off water to the whole house instead of just the sink they were working on, then using a restroom with the water off (so he couldn’t have washed his hands), then I noticed today that the water valve for our house was only turned on half way (which is why the pipes have been so loud and our water pressure was low when running more than one faucet). It’s a ball valve so that should be pretty obvious. Lastly, they provide an itemized reciept so understanding the costs is easy, but they seemed high given we bought materials and the costs were just labor ($1000+ to install a faucet, garbage disposal and shut off valves under a sink).In the end everything works but if I wasn’t dealing with a pressing issue I’d recommend getting price comps.

Worked with us through a major plumbing issue in an older home and stood behind their work to make sure everything was right, even months down the line. Highly recommended.

This company was subcontracted by my contractor to do all new supply lines and some other jobs like moving the washer hook-up in my home. This was almost 2 years ago. I am just writing the review now because of the fact that almost everything they did has been redone since, they did poor work and nothing was to code. Everytime I have a plumbing issue it is because of this. Today, I am having my hot water heater replaced and the pex to copper connection is not up to code. I have had cracked fittings and leaks at several connection points as well. They couldn't even replace a shower head without it leaking within a month. Would not consider using them at all if I were you!
