Highly recommend. We had a difficult shower leak that needed to be addressed and our technician not only found the problem in a matter of minutes, but was able to fix it without cutting into the drywall/floors of half the house. Where the one cut was needed, he used a little tarp tent to contain the mess. Not only did Done's technician provide a solution, he was courteous, knowledgeable and communicated well about when he would be here. Overall, exceptional service! Have already contacted them for another issue which was resolved just as perfectly.

He worked up a proposal that was very attractive and he was able to do some negotiating on the overall cost. The next day a highly professional and qualified team arrived to accomplish the task. It was a holiday and I randomny picked Quality plumbing to call. Mostly they answered the phone promptly while other places did not. We had water coming into our basement from our sprinkler system and Gilbert was wonderful. He face-timed with me and we solved the problem. He didn't even charge me. But just having someone responsive on a holdiay in an emergency was a lifesaver. If I ever do have another plumbing issue I'm calling Quality plumbing right away.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

My schedule changed on the day of my appointment so I called to adjust my time and they were really nice and helpful. The techs that came out were kind and courteous. They explained the drain issues in a way that I understood. They explained all my options and the pros and cons of each. I felt well informed and they fixed issue quickly. They also showed me some possible upcoming issues with my drain and some preventative measures I could take. They left no mess and kept plastic under all of their equipment to keep my floors safe.
