Amazing! These guys were fast and professional. I had a clogged drain in our basement that I tried to fix to no avail. I got a quote from them in less than two minutes of requesting on yelp. I called them up, they dispatched a plumber who arrived within the hour. In less than 10 minutes, the problem was solved and they cleaned the area. All for a reasonable price.

I will definitely hire them again if I run into any plumbing issues, but they told me how to prevent the problem moving forward so that it won't happen again. Highly recommended!

We had a great HVAC replacement experience with Tipping Hat. Michael Lia was upfront and very helpful. The installers, Benjamin Breno, Romeo Sandoval, and Juan García were punctual, thorough, polite and efficient. They got a lot of work done in just one day! We also got a free a/c upgrade because of a stock issue on their end. They could’ve easily just postponed the install until our model was back in stock and we wouldn’t have been any wiser, but instead they were honest and stuck to the install date even though it cost them money. I highly recommend their services!

Discovered water heater had stopped working and did all the diagnostics. Called WHE at 8AM and Alex arrived by 11AM. He was able to call the manufacturer for help diagnosing, got the part that was on warranty ordered and delivered the next morning. It took leas than 30 minutes. Alex explained that I could install the part myself, saving an additional service charge. It took me 5 minutes to install when the part arrived. I was grateful Alex didn’t gouge me for an unnecessary service call.

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
