Great job by Chris and his helpers. They explained the differences between the various options for replacing our hot water heater in very clear terms and allowed us to make the best decision for us.

I needed a drain fixed immediately and they came same day even though they were very busy! It was apparent they cared about helping us. They were extremely friendly and got the job done! There was no emergency fees or extra cost even though it was an emergency on a Sunday. We will definitely call them in the future for our plumbing needs!!!

We had been out of town and returned to a cold home. I had used Tipping Hat before and been happy with their work so I called them. They were able to come in a couple of hours. Ryan came out and identified what was wrong and the cost. He also identified options for a new boiler since the repair costs could be rolled into a new unit. We agreed a new unit so the best choice. Floyd and Juan were able to install a new unit within 2 days of the call. They spent ten and half hours to get the job done. They hauled all the old equipment off and went over the boiler operation. The boiler did need a revisit as the gas/oxygen mixture was off due to our elevation. Ryan came right out and spent three hours going thru everything to insure the boiler was providing us heat. I appreciate TP Hat’s professionalism at all levels.

Sam fixed a leaking pipe and a leaky gas line at my house. Both times he came over he was very knowledgeable and professional and did a great repair. Would hire him again and again!

Why does plumbing always seem to break at the most inappropriate time? Cody, from Elite Rooter, stopped by when he said he would with the correct part and fixed the inner workings of our wall mounted bathtub faucet that had chosen the exact moment to break when I wanted to take a bath several hours before! I turned the faucet on but couldn’t get the water to turn off so we had to turn the water off to the entire house until it was repaired!! Cody was efficient, friendly, courteous, and highly skilled. It’s amazing how quickly something can be repaired when you have the knowledge and right tools. We highly recommend you using Elite Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

I am so sad. Two years ago Plumbline installed a new heater for me. Everything went great they responded promptly and delivered on all of their commitments. Heater has worked flawlessly since. I decided to use them again for my AC when it quit working. I scheduled an appointment, they were a week out. Understood it’s busy time of year. Unfortunately they didn’t show up for the appointment, or call, no communication from them at all. Tuesday morning after they missed the Monday appointment I had a chat session with one of their reps on their website. She told me she would have Plumline call me. By noon no call, so I call and spoke to a representative on the phone. She said she would have dispatch call me and try to get us fit in same day. Still no response two days later. I guess they are too busy now for my business. Hate to see a good reputable company go downhill like this. I found another company that was great and took care of my issue. Sorry Plumbline you’ve lost a customer.

Unprofessional and overpriced

Don’t expect for them to keep their word on anything pertaining to timing. They’re always late, leave mid way through their job. It just feels like they do not care about their job
