Very professional and thorough

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

The process from start to finish was very professional. From the bidding to the scheduling it was very easy to get someone out and to schedule the work under a tight time crunch! Christopher was knowledgeable and did very clean work! I would highly recommmend!

He actually took the time to explain everything to me so that I understood perfectly what the situation was and the best resolution. It was actually cheaper than what he had quoted as he is very honest in his work and did not charge for services that were not necessary. Tiger was great. He was quick and professional and explained what needed to be done to clear our main line. Everything was taken care of quickly and he stayed to make sure there were no other issues and tested to make sure everything was draining properly.

My cousin asked me to help her find someone to look repair the combustion draft fan at her deceased father's house. I saw 5 star reviews for this company and said try them. I am not sure if it is the technician they sent out, but the service was not 5 star. The tech showed up and said it would be $140+ for him to do anything. My cousin was told $49 to diagnose and it would then be included if they did the repair. The tech found the combustion draft fan siezed and said it wouldn't be worth it to repair it since so many made up things were wrong with the 25 yo furnace and he wasn't sure if he could get the part. Better to spend $6k to $10k on new furnace. I am not sure if it is because they are females that the tech felt comfortable spouting this nonsense. Long story short had someone else look at it, got the part and repaired the furnace for $300. Too bad can not count on many reviews at 5 stars for reference.

Jon from Swan Plumbing, Heating and Air came to do a check on my leaking ceiling. First of all he was on-time and in fact he had an opening where he could have come earlier if requested which I appreciated. Jon was very thorough in his assessment where he believed in his professional opinion that it was not a pipeline that needed fix but it was something else (which i prefer not to go into specifics). Anyways, he was honest and wanted to help by giving his professional advice from his experience. I would highly recommend this company and especially Jon M.

This is one the most professional service calls I've ever had. I had a pump go out in my furnace and they were able to come out emergently and fix it quickly and inexpensively. They cleaned up after themselves, were super polite and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them!

My kitchen sink backed up!! After calling Golden West, they returned my call immediately and was over the next morning. Aaron showed up on time and explained the situation thoroughly. After snaking my line the sink drained perfectly with no clogging whatsoever. Aaron was pleasant and even played with my dogs from time to time. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!
