I had a strange sound that occurred when I turned on the AC.I have used Done for around 5 years and I have been thoroughly pleased with their level of service. And with the expediency of the services provided.I contacted them around 1030 Monday morning and they told me they would be able to come to my house Wednesday morning(today)August 2, around 11.Yesterday, I was pleased to receive a call informing me that a technician in the area and would be able to be at my home to assess my situation by 11am.My technician Andy was great.Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.Thank you Andy for a job,well DONE!Tyron (Ty) James

I was planning on going with Tipping Hat because I like supporting local businesses. But the salesman that came to give me a quote for a new furnace was an absolute grouch. He was NOT friendly at all and acted like my project was a huge burden and inconvenience to him. My realtor and the selling agent and i all exchanged glances multiple times in disbelief at how rude he was. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but needless to say, we'll be going with another company for a new furnace.

In this time of rampant poor customer service and price gouging, we were THRILLED to connect with Sasha from Cap Hill Plumbing. He is very responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, honest and just a really nice guy! During his free estimating process he gave us all the time we needed to discuss and explore options around a hot water heater and water filtration system. Once products and plans were decided he was prompt, thorough, clean and did a great job. When we had him out again to address another issue we thought was related to his original work, but turns out wasn’t, he worked for 2 hours to address some jumping pipe issues, even running to get additional supplies, and wasn’t going to charge us – he just wanted us to be happy (we paid him for his time of course!). I HIGHLY recommend Sasha – you won’t be disappointed!

I called Roto-Rooter at 11 pm at night. It was an emergency but water wasn't gushing so we could wait until the morning. They called between the time they said they would be here 8am to 10am. It would have been 5 stars if they showed up between that time but dispatch had a lot of calls and had to get more people in to work. They did have someone here at 11:15. It was not his fault and he did a great job. His name is Angel worker number 5767 and he explained the problem and costs and cleared our main line. He was very professional.

They gave me a window of 10 to12. The first surveyer has already been here. Very polite and straightforward. So far so good.

Moe was absolutely amazing. It almost 9 PM when he arrived but Moe spent over an hour discussing my system with me, my maintenance history, warranty of the system tland the best options for my budget. He took time to evaluate the duct work and air flow issues throughout my home.My AC is functioning properly andhe will be returning to re-evaluate refrigerant levels tomorrow.I could have asked for a more knowledgeable technician.Moe was kind, courteous and respectful.ofy home. He was kind and patient with me while explaining the issues with my HVaC system.I will definitely be using Swan in the future for my HVAC, electrical, and plumbing needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received tonight!

Came out the day after I called for a diagnostic. Came within early part of time frame. Jacob was great and professional. My kitchen drain was clogged and it took a few time so I clog it and he tested it multiple times to make sure it was completely cleared out. He then gave me tips to make sure it doesn’t happen again.

I have now been saved by Blue Sky repeatedly at multiple properties through the metro area and even as far as Bailey (on a Saturday at regular rates no less)! From an overflowing sewer line to a broken heater and the resulting frozen pipes, all of the Blue Sky employees have been pleasant, responsive, professional, and have gone above and beyond to fix my various plumbing and HVAC issues. I also very much appreciate that when they quote a job, they do everything they can to meet the quoted price. They have come in at their quoted price every time. I genuinely appreciate the exceptional level of customer service and I highly recommend Blue Sky.

I was really impressed with golden west, they were professional and were able to thoroughly assess the issue in my house. They were very informative and helpful and were able to quickly remedy the issue.

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.

My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing.

I submitted a form on the Home Depot website for a quote on a tankless hot water heater. I received a call from Delta mechanical the next day. I received a quote of $5,500 for installation of a gas tankless water heater, which is $2,000 more than Home Depot's own website estimates.

Still, I arranged to have a technician come out to see the job and provide a more accurate quote. I was given a window of 12pm-2pm. No one came. No call. Nothing. I called customer service to let them know their technician didn't come to the appointment and the person I spoke to was, frankly, rude. He was going to transfer me to dispatch for an ETA. I told him I didn't need an ETA because the appointment window was already missed by 1hr and 20 minutes. I didn't want someone coming whenever they felt like it. I just wanted to let him know a technician did not go to an appointment. He asked if I wanted to cancel the appointment. I said that I don't understand how I am cancelling an appointment their technician missed? He replied that appointment windows are usually 4 hours long - but I told him the email I got was a window of 12pm-2pm, so 4hrs means nothing to me. And that was it. No real apology for my wasted time or the missed appointment, and no trying to make things right. Just excuses and expectations that I would actually pay someone $5,500 who doesn't even show up to appointments. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time with this company. Overpriced and unprofessional.
