Arrived on time to replace two sinks. I supplied the sinks and valve kits. Nice guys! Once they pulled out the lap top, stories of travel charges, fuel and more came up, like the higher price first and then this reduced price of $2100,00+. So much for fair pricing for a simple job. I had two other offers, $378, $450.

Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.

We got four estimates for repairing a leak under the kitchen sink and investigating a problem with our downstairs shower. The Flow-Rite folks were the most knowledgable, lowest price, and sorted out problems that our contractor failed several times at.

We have had plumbers from Spartan come out to our older condo several times to fix or diagnose various issues. Both Randy and TJ have been extremely professional. They have gone above and beyond; in one case even checking with a neighbor to find the source. They have been more than fair with pricing. We would certainly hire them again. (And our dog likes them.)

Recently they sent K.C. and Sam out; our sink drain was clogged and it was backing up into our dishwasher. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it promptly.

Matthew was on time, explained what he was going to do and gave me
an estimate. He thoroughly went over everything after he was done. He
left the workspace as clean or cleaner than he found it.

The Roto-Rooter plumber came out and looked at my issue. He literally took about 1 minute looking at it and told me it was going to cost $1,198.00 plus parts. He informed me that this fee would not include the drywall hole repair (the hole he would make in order to get in and do the repair) and I would have to call someone else forthat. I declined and paid the $69.00 fee for one minute of his time.Called another licensed plumber and he did the full repair including drywall repair for $450.00 including the parts.

Just wanted to type a quick note commending Jesse for his untiring effort to remove a stubborn obstruction in our guest toilet. Jonathan with Plumbers near me was SUPER PRO he was very honest and transparent about the work estimate, size of job and timeframe. When he started he was able to get the repairs done and went above and beyond to give me the beat information about ways to maintain, to save money.
I will call them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I contacted Elite Rooter to perform service on my sewer pump. I put a deposit down and ended up finding out my part was under warranty through a different firm. Asked for a refund of $1700 deposit and still have not received my refund.

Also they came in tore my toilet off, broke tiles and ended up not properly assessing the correct issue until they destroyed my bathroom. I would look elsewhere for service.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
