Best Water Line Repair And Replacement in Denver CO

I called at midnight because our water heater was pouring out water. Bo spent 45 minutes on the phone directing me through the process to safely shut off the unit until the morning when he called for us to find out if our water heater was under warranty. Luckily it was!! They were able to go to Boulder to pick up the last available unit and install it before 1 pm that day. They were highly professional and incredibly accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend them and use there service again!

I read all of the other reviews and had really high hopes. Our gas line had a leak on Monday, they said they could come Wednesday. Wednesday rolled around, they showed up with no tools and said they could fix it on Friday. Then they no-showed on Friday. I called another local plumber and they showed up and had it fixed the same day. If you need a plumber in the Denver area, I recommend calling Applewood Plumbing. They were cheaper, faster, and more professional.

The entire Drain Terrier crew was great. The office team was very responsive and able to have plumbers come out promptly. The plumbers were on time, driving a company van, wearing company uniforms and were able to identify our issues quickly. I appreciated them talking us through what was happening and what was required to properly fix the problems. They clearly had a mastery over plumbing but were also very knowledgeable about general home construction. After the initial assessment they provided a detailed invoice with costs associated with each item. Their prices came in below other quotes. When they fixed our issues the work was noticeably better than what was in its place before. They left our home cleaner than they found it and even raked the dirt driveway where some equipment had left track marks. Many contractors like to say that they go above and beyond but Drain Terrier actually does.

Josh did a wonderful job giving us a fair and informed estimate and we were lucky enough to get an install date for the next day. Used Hyper Flow Service Company to correct some issues found during a inspection on a home in contract for sale. Their technician James did a fantastic job handling the job and was done in no time with an invoice that included photos and a summary of the work done. James also went out of his way to help answer a question about a washing machine not functioning properly. He found a problem with a supply line and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get that handled as well. Great service and fair pricing. I'll be using them again for sure.

Sasha is fantastic and experienced. He did a great job installing a new garbage disposal in my kitchen and a fill valve in my toilet. Would definitely recommend for any size jobs; enjoyed working with him!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

WHE Plumbing LLC is great! They are reasonably priced, willing to give general pricing over the phone, which is important for a Property Manager, and they respond quickly to get the job done! They replaced a 50 gallon water heater for one of the rental properties I manage. They came in lower than their competitors and the job was done in just a few days. I highly recommend them!

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
