Every person on the crew is very friendly! Price is reasonable as well. I will be honest, we had an offer for someone to fix the main water line for half the price they did it for, however there were also double the price quotes from other companies. Had a good feeling and so happy we went with them! Professional, prompt, and friendly! Replaced the main water line in a few hours, and were informed they'd come back and finish the sprinkler system the next day. Christian also went above and beyond looking and snaking our shower and repairing our rocky toilet! Will keep their number close for any future work we need done!

Lazaro was extremely professional and friendly. He took time to explain what he did, in a way that we could easily understand. Lazaro was also very efficient and did an amazing job for the work that he did. We will be requesting him by name for future needs!

I contracted with Denver Plumbing Solutions to install all an new plumbing system in my home renovation, which he described as about 1.5-2 weeks of work in rough plumbing and a couple for days for final plumbing work . Garrett was very helpful in providing the quote, and was very responsive with communication and showing up for work up until the first progress payment was made. At this point, we had not found a reason not to trust him, and paid for work completed as well as some in advance for a few activities that were to be completed in the next week or two, given that the inspection was supposed to occur the next day. Since making that payment in early August, it has been hell to get Garrett to respond to any form of communication, let alone show up to complete the work. After the week of the progress payment, we did not hear back from Garrett at all until mid-November. He showed up to do a quick swap in a single stick of PVC in place of an existing line that had leaked, and once again again promised the work would be completed in the next week or so. The next day I received a text from him saying that he could not schedule an inspection because the city had denied his request. Despite many calls, texts and emails since that day, we have not gotten a single response from him. At this point, our house has basically been sitting waiting to pass a rough plumbing inspection for close to 5 months.

My biggest issue is the non-responsiveness and lack of follow through, but I think it's worth noting that a number of items were broken when they did perform work (our gate to our backyard, a window, and a few stairs) and Garrett either promised to fix it (the gate) or told us that we couldn't prove it was him (window). At that point we just wanted the work done and didn't make a huge issue of it.

I can understand that these are unprecedented times, but this level of unprofessionalism and difficulty in communication seems pretty ridiculous, to the point that I honestly feel that I got scammed. Not normally a review person, but wanted to make sure no one else fell for the front that I did.

I don't like to bother posting these reviews but it's worth posting this one. I always dread calling plumbers because there's always some hidden fee or they take forever to just get the job done. These guys dealt with a leak in my crawlspace from the pipes coming from my half-bath toilet (gross) that other plumbers have missed over the years. It was quick, the price was fair. Yeah, what more could you want from a plumbing service? Would highly recommend.

After months of trying to figure out the sewer gas smell coming from several places in our house, we called Hyper Flow today and Carlos saved us!! It was just a cap that needed to be replaced and we had no idea it was even unplugged. What was going to be an estimate call for a much bigger job ended up solving our problem in minutes. First of all, Cap Hill plumbing is certified to work on condos with 15 floors, so that is amazing. When the arctic blast struck and wreaked havoc on my pipes I was frantically calling every plumber in the area; Cap Hill Plumbing came to the rescue! Sasha came through and diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what to do and what parts I needed. As soon as the building could get the water shut off he came back and finished the job. Sasha was thorough, polite, and beyond helpful in getting me the exact replacement part for my tub. He told me how to get the piece from Delta when it wasn't available in the store. My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

I called during the weekend with a question about my water heater repair and they took the time out to their busy schedule to explain. Came in the next day and fixed the issue.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
