Jeff and Andre were both friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. They were able to quickly identify the issue with my furnace and make the necessary repairs the same day. Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric were able to make it out to my house with just two days notice, unlike the other companies that I called. Be aware that you will be for this promptness though. They are significantly more expensive than their competition, but I will gladly pay the premium since they do offer premium service.

Nick replaced the pressure relief valve and part of our PVB. He was very professional and nice and had the entire job done in less than 2 hours. It was very easy to schedule our appointment with the manager, Michael. I appreciated his professional attitude, and safe attitude with COVID-19 precautions. He left our room cleaner than he found it, wore a mask the entire time, and shoe covers in the house. We were impressed with his positive attitude, and his kindness. Our furnace quit working on Friday night, and AAA Services had a person out to inspect it as quickly as they could on Saturday. Cory was super nice and very informative. He took pics of the problems, made suggestions on how he could fix it, and did not pressure us one way or the other on getting a new furnace. When we decided to replace it, the tech that came out, Justin, was able to answer all of our questions, was super helpful, and very kind. He kept offering the use of his space heaters since we would not be able to get it replaced until Monday. The crew that came in to replace the furnace were also nice and very efficient. It took a lot less time than was anticipated! Great company and great workers!2015 - Bill was super friendly and helpful. He was able to fix our leaky faucet quickly and cleaned up after. Great job! We are totally satisfied with the work!

UPDATE: We will not be using this company anymore. They seem to be jacking up the cost of repairs, their bids are so much more than others who we end up hiring. For example, Blue Sky replaced a water pump on our Evaporative Cooler a year ago for more than $700. The pump quit working this year and, because we felt ripped off by Blue Sky last year, we had another company replace the pump this year, for $335. They also told us that Blue Sky installed the wrong pump last year, which may be why it failed. We also felt huge pressure last year from the Blue Sky service guy who was trying to get us to just purchase a new EC instead of repairing our current one. We felt like he was taking advantage of us, being seniors.ORIGINAL REVIEW: We have used Blue Sky since they installed our evaporative cooler eight years ago, or so. They have always been prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will continue to use them.

Was having heating issues with my forced air unit. Called the office and they had a tech over within the hour. Brendan Franklin was my tech and he was super helpful and very professional. He took the time to explain everything to me as well as options to look at to save cost. He diagnosed the problem (bad motor) went to the store in down to pick up parts and installed all same day. I definitely recommend these guys.
