Very professional and friendly staff. However, receiving an estimate from them shouldn't be the last. I was given a estimates of $2300 and $2800 for two different problems. Another reputable company did the first job in the same manner for $300 and advised me on how to fix the second project myself if I didn't want to spend money doing it.

Requested a quote for a home water softening and filtration system, and a point-of-use reverse osmosis system. The softening & filtration packages were extremely overpriced. I have an instant hot water tap (separate from the main sink faucet) that has its own filtration system, and I was told that I couldn't use it for reverse osmosis because the faucet was made of metal. I was told I'd have to drill a new hole in my counter top and that I would need a new, separate faucet. Not only did that make no sense, it was completely untrue. I now have an RO system that replaces the filtered portion of my previous setup with no unnecessary drilling into my counter top. Glad I avoided that costly mistake.

I can’t say enough about the service, it was above and beyond. I called the main line on a snowy morning with a backed up drain. Carlos picked up and said he could send Garrett out at 2:00 pm. Same day services, I felt quite lucky. Within 30 minutes, Garrett called to inform me of his schedule and said he could probably get to me soon (the earlier the better as my pregnant wife wanted to take a shower). I was at work but told him to give me a heads up so I could meet him. About an hour later, Garrett called (10:30) and said he’d be there at 11:00. He diagnosed, educated me, did not pressure upsell services I didn’t need, and got the job done in a timely, professional manner. Would recommend this team 100%!!! Above and beyond

First of all, Cap Hill plumbing is certified to work on condos with 15 floors, so that is amazing. When the arctic blast struck and wreaked havoc on my pipes I was frantically calling every plumber in the area; Cap Hill Plumbing came to the rescue! Sasha came through and diagnosed the issue and knew exactly what to do and what parts I needed. As soon as the building could get the water shut off he came back and finished the job. Sasha was thorough, polite, and beyond helpful in getting me the exact replacement part for my tub. He told me how to get the piece from Delta when it wasn't available in the store. I'm so grateful for an experience like this after the craziness of that arctic blast. Thank you Cap Hill Plumbing and thank you Sasha!!

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

I called to ask about a sewer line inspection. The person answering the phone says I need to ask my supervisor, can I put you on hold? I said yes.

I was on hold for 45 minutes...all the while the automated system saying you're next in line. At the 45 minute mark, they hang up on me. What??? I waited all that time and you hang up?

Obviously these folks don't want or need any new business. Don't waste your time trying to call them.

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

A year ago, I bought a 70s house in Lakewood that had not been well maintained, so I’ve had the folks from Flow-rite out many times! Each time it’s been great, and I’m always happy with every aspect of the service.

Ron has been out each time, which I appreciate. Apart from today he’s been with Sam, who is also very good and is clearly being trained by the best. Now Sam is working on his own and getting many customer kudos! Way to go, Sam!

I cannot say enough good things about Ron. He is in a master class and does superb work. He’s also willing to answer my questions and describes things very well! Ron always adds extra value by letting you know what you can do on your own as well as being careful as to costs and what is the best option. He is truly amazing!

Caleb #5403 and Zach saved the day! We had a lift pump that was overflowing in the finished basement and they were willing to come out at the end of the day and take care of the situation. Even though they were clearly working later than expected, they were pure professions with great customer service. We will be using them for all of our future plumbing needs!!

My technician, Troy, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and professional. I felt like he really cared and wanted to help me with my issue and fix the problem. I was able to be seen the same day I called to get my air conditioning working again! That was greatly appreciated! I will definitely call Plumbline in the future and request Troy.

Cody did a fantastic job of explaining what needed to be done and how they could do it for us. He helped us understand the choices and worked with us to figure out the best plan going forward. Great communication.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Had a nasty plumbing problem that came up and needed someone same-day to come and fix before my rental guests were checking in. Pete was the dispatcher, he was great. Took care of everything, and did the 'environmental clean-up' afterwards. The place looked brand new by the time he was done. I am eternally grateful!
