Service guy Duce arrived within 30 minutes and gave me an estimate on all items I needed repaired. Completed the job and explained and showed me how all the parts fit together. Duce was very professional and knew his craft well. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you for your professionalism and the great service you provided.

Every person on the crew is very friendly! Price is reasonable as well. I will be honest, we had an offer for someone to fix the main water line for half the price they did it for, however there were also double the price quotes from other companies. Had a good feeling and so happy we went with them! Professional, prompt, and friendly! Replaced the main water line in a few hours, and were informed they'd come back and finish the sprinkler system the next day. Christian also went above and beyond looking and snaking our shower and repairing our rocky toilet! Will keep their number close for any future work we need done!

Frank and his team did an outstanding job working on my sewer line. Timely and professional, they communicated with me well about everything they were doing. These guys know their stuff!

Do not recommend. I’m sorry, it’s a month’ish later and I’m still irritated that I paid them $250 only to leave me with a bigger problem. They used a hydro jet on a sewer line blockage and flooded my new laundry room. I had to spend more money to get another company out that 1.) said hydro jetting was a huge mistake 2.) cleared the clog with no issue in very little time 3.) that I should’ve just had come out bc I had good previous experience with them. I had to rent a carpet cleaner ($50+ including shampoo) to clean and move my washer and sink to clean the dried sewage up that flooded underneath. Nice enough guys, just didn’t do well in this respect.

I have never had a better experience with any service company. These folks get it. Kudos Prime!!

Erick did a fantastic job. Not only was he able to come out on the same day I called in, he was very professional and kind, and of course he fixed our plumbing issues without any hiccups. Furnace was purchased over a year ago. Was told at that time I would receive follow up calls to check in on my equipment and a service person would would come out for scheduled maintenance. That hadn’t happen. When my furnace quit working, I called for repair. The service guy told my son had I scheduled the maintenance, the problem wouldn’t have happened. I had no idea a scheduled maintenance needed to be done. Or that I had to arrange that! I was told Tipping Hat would call me to set it up. I feel like they said a lot to sell me the furnace and their service then dropped the ball after I purchased the furnace.

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Nice people and an incredible Real antique shop. Few collectibles, no license plates, no reprint posters, no avon bottles, no lamps made out of deer antlers. Just real European and American antiques of the 17th-19th century . Here is where to find 17th century Italian chairs, that special early mirror, rare lighting, and fine early decorative accessories. A true breath of ancient air at a time when true, single owner-operated shops are becoming as rare as the items they sell. Allow some time to carefully hunt through the large quantity of treasures that are to be found in this rather crowded shop.

Gres plumbing did I very good job cleaning the main drains of my house. On time and super reliable. I highly recommend this company !!!

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
