Had our furnace go out and Brothers was able to get a tech out that day for an evaluation. Our furnace and AC units needed to be replaced (reached the end of their lifespan) and Brothers was able to get a team out in 2 days to replace both. On a weekend no less. There was no additional charge for the weekend install - what a pleasant surprise. All of their employees were knowledgeable, friendly, on time and clean. We were very happy with the overall service and experience we had with Brothers and will definitely be using them again in the future.Great work Brothers!

This is the second time we have had Aaark come out for a service (first for A/C, this time for furnace repair.) Their technician Chad got here early, was super efficient in diagnosing the issue, got our furnace back up and running quickly, and was super friendly to boot! I also appreciate that he practiced safe covid protocol and wore his mask at all times while inside. Would definitely recommend Aaark as they have been great both times we have needed them, and I feel their pricing is also very fair!

Friendly and professional. Had my furnace working again inside of an hour. They warned me that my furnace was over 20 years old and on it's last leg, so I'll probably need to call them again. Update - My old furnace did end up going out and I used AAA to install a new furnace. The entire job went smoothly.

Brandon has been super helpful with our difficult home renovation. We had a swamp cooler installed to replace an old one and it wasn’t working correctly and they have not stopped troubleshooting to get it right. There service has been impeccable each visit and Brandon has been in constant communication. There work ethic has been impressive that we hired them to redo our entire electrical panel and other electrical work and sewer lines. Heat went out, could have setup same day but took the next day. Automatic text offer to move up appointment, they were on time, informative. Tech was able to diagnose the issue, acquire components and repair in a couple hours.

This was my first time using Golden West, and I was very lucky to have Carlos Gutierrez as my technician. He performed routine maintenance on my AC, furnace, and water heater.Carlos was very patient in explaining anything of concern and kindly addressed my worries and questions I had about each appliance's repairs. He wasn't pushy on selling me the membership, but with such great customer service, I'd was more than happy to sign up.Very happy to have found a great technician!
