The team at Done were very courteous and professional and we were left very satisfied. Our technician Tristin S. was kind, patient and very thorough with our water heater replacement. Our basement setup needed modern updating and Tristin worked all day to ensure everything was in working order so that our hot water was reestablished after being sorely missed. Highly recommended!

I first found King Rooter & Plumbing on Home Advisor and noted their many and high ratings! i received a call right away and they were VERY QUICK to help me out, EVEN IN A TIME CRUNCH. I needed an estimate on repairing an offset that was discovered in my house inspection by the buyer. Jeff provided an estimate on the same day and also was able to talk me through the options and process. While i chose not to hire (instead asked the buyer to fix), I 110% RECOMMEND!

We have a problem: Writing reviews takes effort and I am not interested in wasting my time. I am not happy with Swan and think it's important that I let others know of the bad experience I had with the company.My furnace had failed - a bad secondary heat exchanger from a high-end Carrier Infinity system. When Swan came to my house to examine the issue, I was told that my 12-year old system was out of warranty and that I would need to pay for the parts plus labor to get it back running. Certainly an option... However, I was also explained that my system has a 12-15 year useful lifespan so if I were to replace the bad part, I would be throwing good money after bad because it's likely that in a few years I would have to replace the entire system. I thought about it and decided to replace the system - not an easy decision but because I had no warranty it seemed like the better way to go. While I was at it, I was told the coil above the furnace (for the A/C) was also bad and it needed replaced. I agreed to do that too.I was told by the Swan rep that the Carrier systems are simply bad products; they replace them every day and therefore only sell other brands - notably Amana. Not educated in the furnace arena, I accepted the commentary since the rep spoke with certainty and authority. Swan comes with a price match guarantee as well as satisfactions guarantee and thus I was okay to proceed. Fast forward - the installation occurred and that part was flawless - professional and complete.Here is the problem: I called three HVAC dealers after the install and every one of them told me that my Carrier system had a 20-year warranty on the heat exchangers and that I would likely only needed to pay for labor to replace that warrantied part. Moreover, the coil (for the A/C) very likely was not bad, based on the condition of it - and that all coils will show some rust - the exact reason Swan told me mine was bad. Three other companies told me I should expect 20-25 years from the Carrier system I was told would likely soon die. The problem is that Swan already removed my original system and thus I was out $10,500 for a new system I did not need.I was given two other quotes and for the same system that Swan charged me $10,500, I was quoted $7,450 and $7,700. With that alone I would have asked for the price match, but because Swan did not even offer to investigate whether my original system was under warranty (assuming they didn't know), I called them to have them completely remove the new system and fully refund me.I went with another HVAC dealer who provided me a far superior system for less than I was charged from Swan.I write this negative review because all of the reviews I saw online for Swan - including the Better Business Bureau - made me feel that everything was above board. I'm here to tell you that it's buyer beware - I did not need to replace a system that was under warranty, but because Swan (as the professional / expert) mislead me, I was operating at a complete disadvantage.Make sure you do your due diligence and have others provide you quotes before you commit. Swan caused me to spend a good deal of money that I did not need to. Very unprofessional.
