Daniel was on time, courteous, and professional! He found a leak in the area of the house that we never use. Had that leak continued, it would have ruined my late Mommas belongings. He was so friendly not commenting on the dust or mess in her room. He saved her stuff! Thank you Daniel for staying late to get the job done and for the sleep you lost thinking of a more secure way for the weird spot of pipes. You are a great worker!

Had Tipping Hat come look at my furnace since it was leaking condensate. They gave me two options either install a condensate pump or put in a new furnace. They wanted $1500 for the condensate pump and $9000 + for a new furnace. They did not show me any quotes so these prices seemed extremely steep. I'm assuming they are working on commissions. Needless to say, I went to Home Depot and bought my own condensate pump and materials and installed it myself for less than $200.

Sam is amazing. We had a few inspection items (plumbing and gas) that needed to be addressed while selling our house. Sam was able to come in, validate the issues and fix what was needed very quickly and efficiently.
In addition, this was at the peak of the COVID outbreak and he followed all protocols (awesome masks, gloves and physical distancing).

We had a team from King Rooter come and install a liner in our sewer line. They were on time, professional, positive, and overall did a quick and fantastic job. We were super impressed.

Daniel Wyatt has become my go to guy for any and all plumbing issues. He is very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. He will go the extra mile for you. A few months ago he fixed our bathroom drain and explained exactly what was going on and how to keep it from happening again. Last week he came immediately when we had a flood in our basement and he cleared the drain and explained everything that was going on and put the process in motion to clean up the mess. Today he came to put a camera down that drain to show me what the state of our sewer pipes were and gave me three alternative courses of action and thoroughly explained what would be done and the price of each alternative. Daniel is the best!Israel and Jose did the basement cleanup after my flood. Because I could not be there when the work was being done, they kept in contact with me and even sent me a video and some pictures of the progress of their work. They were also great, although I hope I never have a flood again to need their services! :)I highly recommend Daniel, Israel, Jose and Roto-Rooter.

My sewer backed up into my basement on a Sunday morning and within a few hours Zack, Steve and Jonathan arrived, Zack alleviated the problem, he called Steve who arrived within a short time and diagnosed water damage and a mitigation strategy and Jonathan then came and was able to assure me rest of pipe was clear with his camera, all for a single price! They were all professional, kind, and effective. Excellent service.

The plumber was amazing! He was super friendly, professional and genuinely a nice person! He listened to our concerns and made every effort to finish the drain cleaning. He crushed it and is truly a huge asset to this company.

My A/C stopped working in 100 deg. The technician that came in (Cody) was nice enough, but it felt like a sales job to me. He ran a $200 diagnostic that apparently indicate I needed a new capacitor. So a $500 capacitor, along with a $500 coil cleaning. The system worked for about 20 minutes, just long enough for the technician to be gone. So after spending $1,000 in repairs, it is 90 degrees and sweltering hot in my house. The guy will come back tomorrow, probably to tell me I need to buy a $12,000 new system from them and they'll credit me the $1,000. If they couldn't fix it, they should have said so. The trust is gone, so I will not buy a new system from them (credit or not). Terrible day.

Installers were courteous, on time, clean, hard working, and they did a great job. Both men knew what they were doing to complete their work efficiently without wasting my time. I appreciated their professionalism & expertise.

Awesome service we called probably at 10pm they schedule is right away for the next day early morning. When the technician Jacob and Carlos came they were very professional also really nice and really informative of what was going on with my sewer. I would 100 percent recommend them for any plumbing services.

This was our third time using Golden West. We have rental units and a personal home. Chris and Gabe did a fantastic job each time they came out. We have had repair work done and new heaters and AC units installed. Chris was very encouraging and thorough. He was very knowledgeable and helped us resolve our problems quickly and easily. Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again
