Watch out for this company. One of their technicians is a total hot-head and pretty unstable. After harassing me for parking in front of my own garage, he then tried to sic his dog on me, all shortly after parking a van with the company logo emblazoned on it. Not the brightest move and you might not want him in your home.

These guys were beyond amazing. Very knowledgeable and detailed. They took their time to find a potential leak. Gave me a very simple solution and decided not to charge me for their time. This level of integrity in ethics is hard to find. I would work with them any day for my plumbing needs.

Thomas is extremely professional and friendly. He is prompt, honest and very knowledgeable. We’ve had him out multiple times for plumbing repairs but this was the first time we had him help us with our AC unit. Thomas was able to pick up on a problem that went undetected by the two other companies we had used in the past!

Alex was very helpful. He worked us right into his busy schedule to handle a water heater emergency. He came promptly when he said he would. He was extremely conscientious about protecting the carpets. He carefully explained everything he needed to do. Very professional. Completed the job promptly. Oh man, we had our sewage line back up into our basement last night and thank goodness for roto rooter and their team. They were able to have someone to our residence first thing this morning (faster than we thought since it's 4th of July). Craig #3786 and Bryce #5876 were so helpful, kind and quick. They were great, they hooked us up, cleared our line and gave us all the information we needed to move forward with the clean up. Couldn't have asked for better customer service! Would recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue. Would give more stars if I could. Very impressed! Thanks guys!

James Julien came out and inspected the problem we are having in our window well. He inspected our sump pump also. He seems very honest and told that the cost just to determine if we have a perimeter drain at the bottom of our foundation would be very expensive. He recommended some changes to make in the window well that would probably help to alleviate our flooding problem. these changes are things that we have already been discussing. so we decided not to go to the extremes dig further into our foundation. I would recommend him and Roto Rooter should be happy they have an employee like James working for them.

I had a great experience. The wait time for an appointment was one day, the two men were super professional, on time and got our toilet fixed all for a great rate. Two thumbs up.

I 100% trust these guys and will never call a different plumber for as long as I live. My first call to them was for a leaky pipe that I had cheaply patched. They took a look and told me some not great news which was to save my money up because I'm going to need to replace all of the pipes in my house, and soon. I called them up about 4 months later ready to take on the project. Adam remembered me after just a few details and came out the next day, gave me my estimate, and started the project 2 days later. They were considerate of my work schedule and on top of all of our requests. They installed a new toilet for me during the project and added a water line to my fridge, both without any extra charge. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. I had direct communication with the team and timely updates from them throughout the project. Its obvious these guys are experts and I'm so glad to have them as a resource. I'm very impressed and pleased. Plus, you couldn't meet a friendlier group of individuals. They're responsive, professional and courteous. Don't even think about calling a different plumber, trust me.

The manager, Chris contacted me within 2 hours, gave me a rough estimate, organized appointment for an in-home inspection for accurate quote and came himself to give me a no obligation quote. He was fast, on-time, very professional, upfront and even gave me discount in order to price match another quote from a different contractor. Bryan installed the whole system and finished it on-time. the installation is very professional. Definitely recommend and surely will utilize their service in future if needed ... 'no doubt'.

We contacted Defense due to a leak coming from an outdoor spigot. It was a great experience from start to finish. They were so quick to respond and were able to come out the next day. The plumber was very nice, professional, and did quick and excellent work. Dealing with them was such an easy experience, we have already reached out for another job and will continue to. Highly recommend!

I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

Update: Did get called back with apology and work was ultimately completed. Crew was professional and friendly. I would hire again, based on the crew’s work quality, but would talk upfront very clearly about expectations on timing.

Very polite over the phone - but sent crew a month ago to make small parts list after repeated calls to set that up. They thought they could even do the job that day. They've never come back. Follow up calls have zero results. Today's call was going to be returned with schedule details - but never was. If you can't or don't want the work - have the integrity and honesty to tell the customer upfront.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
