Absolutely above and beyond amazing! We spoke to many different companies about redoing all of the plumbing in our 100+ year old home. After speaking with Zack we knew we had found the best small business to support. He showed up on time with excellent help and was able to completely fix our plumbing problems in a regular work day. We had Zack out recently and he was able to replace a plumbing vent for our kitchen sink, install a water shutoff valve for an outdoor spigot, and install a water pressure valve for the house. His prices were much more reasonable than the other quotes we received, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions, and was able to complete the work the same day. I contacted Zack and he was able to fit me in the following day. He arrived on time, and his estimate for the replacement of a backflow valve that burst with a recent cold snap was several hundreds less than I paid the year before when I bought my house. He arrived on time, the estimate he provided over the phone was exactly what he charged me and he was finished within 45 minutes. He's now programmed in my phone as my go-to plumber. These days, its hard to know who to trust, who will not flake and who will be reasonable - Zack proved all of the above and I could not recommend him more.

Zack was great, we had a mistaken frozen pipe (turned out to just be dead batteries on our facuet, doh), but he was courteous and checked a few other things before he confirmed that was the only culprit. He communicated well, was able to come out ~24 hours after we called, and was a super nice guy.

We had a 61-year old valve that we closed, and it would not re-open. We called to see if Zack could replace the valve. He was responsive to my initial inquiry, and was able to come within 2 hours. He completed his work quickly and neatly. All is well again.

I thought it would be helpful to include all the details about my plumbing project (replacing a 10+ year old kitchen faucet that turned out to be a beast to remove + supply line leaks) and Zack’s plumbing expertise. I was wrong -- so many details that the message gets lost in translation. Here’s all you need to know: Zack Long is an extraordinary plumbing professional. He holds a Master Plumber license (the highest level achievable) and it shows. He is 101% reliable, responsive, honest, knowledgeable and skilled. His business ethics are rarely found today -- he cares about what the quality of his work and complete customer satisfaction. Aside from all that, Zack is polite and personable, and really listens to questions and concerns, plus he’s a really, really nice guy. Not if, but when, I need more plumbing help, Zack is now my “go-to” guy. Don’t hesitate to give Zack a call for your plumbing needs, big or small.
