We had a sewer line clog that had backed up our (only) toilet and the bathroom sink over Labor Day weekend. Within less then two hours of calling Hyper Flow on a Sunday, they were at my house with all the necessary equipment. Carlos came and was extremely nice and very professional. He worked quickly, explained everything he was doing, invited my husband to watch the live camera scope and provided us the flash drive with the recording afterwards. Our water heater was failing and finally started leaking. We called several reputable companies, but settled on WHE Plumbing. We went with a new tankless water heater. WHE was able to promptly start the work within a day of the initial visit. They also found a new location for the tankless in our mechanical crawl space area to free up the utility closet that used to be occupied by our old 50 gallon tank. Very happy with the install and function of the new tankless system.

My experience with Spartan Plumbing was stellar!!! After many years of being taken advantage of by contractors, this company is honest. I worked mostly with Vaughn. I had a clog on 5/26/2021 and it was cleared, then two days later the drain in the kitchen overflowed. It was more than just a clog. Vaughn came out, re-augured the pipes and ran the camera through the 72-year-old cast iron pipes. There was an obstruction somewhere. I decided to go ahead and replace all the 72-year-old plumbing with PVC. First, though, the overflow had to be dried out and sanitized. Vaughn called DeepWater Restoration who came out the same evening and set up industrial fans and filters to dry out the area. After the dry-out, Vaughn and team removed and replaced the old copper and cast iron plumbing. When the cast iron was removed, it was found that big roots had grown through the cast iron. Vaughn also advised me about contacting my homeowner’s insurance company to see if some of the repairs were covered (they were). If you need plumbing of any kind, I recommend Spartan!

The plumber Eric, one of 7 is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and very nice. He repaired a cast iron drain pipe under a concrete floor. It was completed in a fraction of anticipated time.

The plumber had to make two visits to complete the install due to unforeseen circumstances and both times he was right on time including a morning where it had snowed the night before. The plumber was very professional and always wore booties and rolled out protection on my hardwood floors before moving the new and old water heaters. I see now why this business gets mediocre ratings at best. Requested a tech come out and take a look at our furnace, it was kicking on and off and not coming to temp, just as we were planning to close on selling our home. This had happened before when the filter just needed replacing and the unit was starving for air (my fault). But it has been sometime since the unit got serviced; although after I replaced the filter it was working fine, we kept Blue Sky scheduled to come out and what we thought would be a visual inspection for $59. What we got was a guy who stood on the porch, convinced my wife that because we haven’t had “annual maintenance” that it was going to be an additional $192, just to put his hands on the unit. Never got in the crawl space, spent about 5 minutes on my porch. This pandemic puts us all at the mercy of scheduling. Unfortunately I wasn’t home, and this tech took advantage of my wife on a business call to tell her he couldn’t look at or touch the furnace without paying another $200. This place will use the service call fee to determine whether or not they can profit off of your needs, and utilize the situation to the best of their ability not to actually help people. We had made an appt for these folks to come look at our new place that we closed on while all this was happening, after this interaction we promptly canceled the appt. Good luck with what you get with this company.December 2020 follow up from business response: I reached out to the service manager as requested, Crystal. I called and told the receptionist I had left a google review and was told to reach out. She stated that Crystal was in a meeting but could leave her a voicemail. Which I did leave a voicemail, letting her know who I was and would like to discuss my experience. I never heard from her, she never called me back...
