Do not recommend. I’m sorry, it’s a month’ish later and I’m still irritated that I paid them $250 only to leave me with a bigger problem. They used a hydro jet on a sewer line blockage and flooded my new laundry room. I had to spend more money to get another company out that 1.) said hydro jetting was a huge mistake 2.) cleared the clog with no issue in very little time 3.) that I should’ve just had come out bc I had good previous experience with them. I had to rent a carpet cleaner ($50+ including shampoo) to clean and move my washer and sink to clean the dried sewage up that flooded underneath. Nice enough guys, just didn’t do well in this respect.

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

Absolutely horrible. Another plumbing scam artist. Tried to charge us $300 to clean the line with an auger for about a 30 minute appointment after quoting $79. They left and we did not use them.

I had a floor drain back up and he and his crew were able to get to me in less than 24 hours. The team was very professional and had great communication from the start to the finish. They were even able to get in sooner than they had originally expected.

Brian, Master Plumber, was a delight to work with. His assessment of our guest bathtub plumbing issue was succinct in the work needed and a reasonable quote. No up-selling and no guess work on what the issue might be. When he did the work, he was on-time, professional, performed the work in the time-frame quoted, and cleaned-up. He was conscientious in doing the work without busting tile, which is what we were prepared to have done. The peace of mind we have with the work done, has us speechless. Had an issue with my tankless hot water after a recent cold snap. I called and they weren't able to come out until the next afternoon, but had me send over some pictures to take a look. Suggested I try using a hair dryer on the condensate line to melt any frost which did the trick! I really appreciate that they focused on what was best for the customer instead of just getting paid for a service call. Honest and helpful company and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.
