Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough & helpful to me. I really appreciate that.

Our furnace quit working on Friday night, and AAA Services had a person out to inspect it as quickly as they could on Saturday. Cory was super nice and very informative. He took pics of the problems, made suggestions on how he could fix it, and did not pressure us one way or the other on getting a new furnace. When we decided to replace it, the tech that came out, Justin, was able to answer all of our questions, was super helpful, and very kind. He kept offering the use of his space heaters since we would not be able to get it replaced until Monday. The crew that came in to replace the furnace were also nice and very efficient. It took a lot less time than was anticipated! Great company and great workers!2015 - Bill was super friendly and helpful. He was able to fix our leaky faucet quickly and cleaned up after. Great job! We are totally satisfied with the work!

I was planning on going with Tipping Hat because I like supporting local businesses. But the salesman that came to give me a quote for a new furnace was an absolute grouch. He was NOT friendly at all and acted like my project was a huge burden and inconvenience to him. My realtor and the selling agent and i all exchanged glances multiple times in disbelief at how rude he was. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but needless to say, we'll be going with another company for a new furnace.

Editing a recent 1 star review**During my initial visit in Aug of this year, Wes came out and was extremely nice. He preformed more services than I booked, due to needing them, and I was extremely happy with the service.We had issues when we first turned on the furnace this last week, and I was initially disappointed in the dispatchers response when we called about the issues we were having with our furnace after servicing. This is what had prompted the first poor review- which needs corrected. AS SOON AS THIS CONCERN GOT INTO THE RIGHT HANDS, IT WAS FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS. Thank you to Wes for the next day call, and to Bryan the service manager for promptly addressing my frustrations. It's hard to find a company who cares about customer service to the extent they do!We were very glad that we got the same Tech Wes to come out, you can tell he's extremely knowledgeable and showed major empathy. I want to reiterate that he had always done a great job and was never the issue. Our frustration stemmed directly from the dispatcher, all other interactions with Blue Sky's team have been the best customer service we've received. I stand corrected when I said the company does not uphold their work, as they took care of the issue for us after seeing what was wrong. Go with this company every time, and if you have an issue for any reason ask to talk to the service manager, they will not let you down.

When the pilot light of our old furnace went out, I first called another company who came out after hours and charged us a hefty fee. That company also quoted an inspection and repairs that would cost a significant amount. When the pilot light went out again several hours later, I called Golden West instead. Anthony was available that afternoon. For a reasonable fee, he took care of the pilot light and gave me an assessment of needed repairs. He candidly explained that the repairs may/may not work on the 30 year old furnace and that we should plan on replacement soon. Hours later, the pilot light was out again! With winter storms predicted in the next several days, we made the immediate decision to go ahead with the much-needed replacement. Anthony was available that afternoon and worked late on a Friday night to get the new furnace running before we went to bed. He was back the next day - a Saturday - to finish some work. Through the whole process, Anthony was friendly, polite, hard-working and informative. We are very pleased with the work provided by Golden West!
