Keith even asked me - I will be going in and out a few times - would you like me to knock or just come and go as needed? NICE! He spent some time after service to go over our system, its age, maintenance options, etc. NO PRESSURE - just giving me information. Now I have some items on MY radar for future decisonmaking! My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.

Tech quickly troubleshot my problem, clearly explained to me what needed to be done and why, as well as the total cost, which was extremely reasonable. He then cleared the drain completely with no mess. I had dreaded calling anyone before but I now will only use Elite and I will confidently refer them to my family and friends.

Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
