Honestly, we have never had such tremendous service before. Jim did an amazing job from beginning to end. We had a huge water issue with an existing pump that had been installed decades earlier by another company and Jim and his expert crew came and dug 5 1/2' down into the dirt and then dug over underground to find the problem and they devised a creative repair that ultimately will save us thousands of dollars while eliminating our water leakage that was flooding our basement. They worked under very difficult circumstances and still were always smiling and positive and respectful. Just amazing! They completed the whole project in less than 5 hours. We are extremely pleased!!

This company is AWESOME! Great service and quick to respond. Today, we had an issue that needed an electrician. I called and spoke to a really nice lady on the phone who sent one of her colleagues out to my house a few hours later. They don't charge a truck fee for the call or to look at the problem. Berke came to our place and he was terrific! He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took so much time to explain the situation before we even discussed the type of repair we wanted to do and how much it would cost. We moved forward with the repair after Berke's diagnosis and he did an incredible job. You can really tell the quality workmanship and time put into the effort. No showed on Wednesday came on Friday totally took advantage of my 73 year old mother. Charged 500 dollars to do a little troubleshooting and replace 2 GIF stations and a smoke detector battery. Then wanted 800-2000 dollars to run a wire to some outside lights. Total RIP OFF COMPANY RUN AWAY

Follow up was pitiful with the manager. What it ended up being was just the photo switch. The electrical company that built our house replaced it for free out of warranty. B2B

We used Doctor Fix It to replace a water heater 7 years ago. Recently, while selling our home, the inspector found an issue with the water heater.
