Cody Cuthbertson was incredible! I think the second or third time I've used done and you guys always show up in a big way. There wasn't an easy fix for the bathroom drain in my older house but Cody approached this problem from many different angles and eventually fixed the issue no problem. Stand out technician, give this guy a raise!

These guys were amazing. Showed up same day as I called, right on time. We had a nasty back-up and they cleared it up in no time. They took the time to walk me through my options and explain what was happening. They did a great job cleaning up, too, and the final cost was less than I expected.
Very professional and I will be using there service again for any plumbing issues we have.

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

I worked for this business, back when I was an apprentice and learning the trade. I wasn’t the smartest plumber, but I was honest. That’s something I can genuinely not say for this company. Along with asking me to put dry concrete mix into a sewer line, there were other dirty tactics that Alphonso and Connor would utilize to try and sell something. I’m writing this review a SECOND time because I hope at least one person will read this and use another plumbing service. This company is no good

Nick was quick to respond and arrived when said he would. Work was done professionally and efficiently, and took time to show me a few specific things during the job. He was super conscientious about being in our home, probably more so than any other service person we've ever had. Thanks Nick!

The original appointment was not met. I booked it with them, they dropped the ball. The second appointment, I tried to confirm via text, no reply. Finally I called that morning to confirm. I had the first appointment, he would be there at 9. At 9:10 I had to call back, I was then told it is a window from 9 to 10. 9:45 arrival. When he looked at the pipes, he had to go out to get the correct shut off valves. He did not have them with him. For 15 minutes of work, I was not fond of the price, but what can you do? It would be better for up front pricing. Changing a shut off valve costs this much. Communication and Customer Service is key. They need to get that part fixed.

We had a plumbing emergency on the day before Thanksgiving and were able to schedule a scope of our main line. They also showed us what's causing the back up - and provided an estimated price to repair it. We'd love to explore this repair further and hope they're able to provide a more detailed explanation of what they're doing as well as the costs associated.

Tom Bailey was my Roto-rooter technician. Tom was on time and presented himself very professionally. Before entering the house tom slipped on shoe covers (cloth booties) to protect our carpet. He was fast, he was clean, he was fantastic!!

Daniel was fantastic. We were having trouble with a vacuum system in a veterinary clinic and we thought there may be a clog involved. There was no clog, but Daniel went above and beyond to figure out our problem and our system is working again.

Totally unacceptable, I made an appointment with Plumbline 3 days ago for them to come out and diagnose an open low pressure switch, my appointment window was 1-5pm today (Wed). At 4:45 pm I still had not received the promised call from a technician 30-45 min before their arrival so I call them.The first person who answered the phone had no idea what was going on I have no information for you, and when I received a call back I was told that their technicians are busy, can't come, and the next available appointment is Saturday! My AC hasn't worked in a week and the temperature will be in the 90's for the next 3 days!I received no apologies, and they were unwilling to adjust anything on their end to get me in sooner. Apparently it's my problem that they just can't cover all of the appointments that they make and they can't be bothered to proactively reach out to the customers when they can't honor an appointment.BEWARE: There is no such thing as a confirmed appointment from Plumbline.

Raymond the owner is great! Very respectful and professional. I am a home inspector and refer Drain-X Colorado to all my clients. He always does quality work and has some of the best rates in the industry. Nothing but good feedback about Ray from my clients. I was amazed that 24 HR Emergency Plumber Denver INC were faster-than-the expected completion time. Their staff was so organized and managed to take care of my issue without worries.

Asked to repair a leak in my tub and the leak wasn’t fixed, “plumber” also couldn’t find the water pipe to shut the water and I told him to come back another day so I could ask management to show me exactly where the pipe was and he insisted he could find it and ended up not fixing the leak and destroying the framing around my house on top of not fixing my leak . Charge me 50 just to damage my home even more even gave him $10 tip just to end up with more damages to fix now !

I called this company when I had a sewer line back up into my basement. They referred me to ProClean to do the disaster mitigation. Proclean arrived and did the work quickly and efficiently so that the plumber could come in and fix the problem. The plumber that showed up from this company was drunk and high, and it quickly became apparent that he did not know the first thing about plumbing. Then he went to get McDonalds at 11:45PM and left me to wait for him to do the work. It was at this time I decided he would not be allowed back into the house. I called his boss 5 times and he did not answer. Needless to say this company gets 0 stars. Avoid at all costs.
