I had two clogged drains and called Roto-Rooter. They gave me a window of time between 12 and 4 on the same day I called. They had unforeseen delays with another job which resulted in having to reschedule my job for the next day. Because of this, they gave me a discount on the cost which I greatly appreciate!The issue that I had was not an easy fix--it was much more complicated than the typical unclogging of a drain. Scott was diligent and professional in diagnosing and repairing my clogged drain. I was really impressed by his tenacity and determination to figure out what was going on. He communicated each of the steps as he worked and, although I know it was a frustrating situation for him, he stayed pleasant and positive throughout the entire time he was at my home. He was also very respectful and conscientious about Covid protocols. Thank you, Scott!

We had Key Plumbing to our house to deal with constantly running bathtub. Our house was built in 1893 so who know how old the plumbing actually is. Bill was able to remove the stems, find replacements (the faucet was roughly 60 years old) and repair our leak. Great service, great work, and an absolutely fair price. We can't wait to have him back to run a natural gas line for us soon!

Late Friday evening my husband discovered a water stain on our ceiling directly below the master bathtub. The next morning we called three plumbing companies, and Hurricane Drain was the only one who could come out that day (Saturday). Vladimir came out and quickly assured us that everything was going to be okay (in a wonderful Russian accent to boot!). I envisioned having to make holes in the wall, a new tub, etc. Nope, it was a simple fix. He even showed my husband how to fix it or he would have done it for us. All we had to pay was the diagnostic fee, which was worth every penny. While I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, if I do I will be calling Hurricane Drain!
