Hurricane does it again ! Let there be no doubt that this is the best place to call for any drain issues you may have. Running a drain cleaning machine requires experience. Do not do this yourself. I had Vladimir do my job and he knows his stuff.

By far the best and most honest company! We had the pleasure to work with Juan. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. We had previously had another (supposedly “reputable”) company tell us we needed thousands of dollars in repairs (which we told Juan up front). He came in and explained all options and provided his honest opinions. He was able to determine we only needed a minor repair and maintenance and saved us thousands of dollars! He could have easily leveraged the “opinion” of the other company to sell us a huge repair job but maintained his integrity and helped us completely fix the issue at a tiny fraction of the cost! I’m so extremely thankful to find such a wonderful company and thankful to have met Juan. Will be referring them to everyone I know!

Update 8-28-2030 hurricane drain and plumbing out again. This time it was the kitchen sink that backed up. I called around. I got the best price and the quickest response from hurricane drain and plumbing. Thank you again I really appreciate it.

..Vladimir came out to clean the main line and got the problem solved in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Fantastic service and same day service. I highly recommend them.

Update.... 5 stars again...I had a leak in the main water line... Juan from hurricane Drain and Plumbing came out fixed the leak, solve the problem, did a fantastic job and a reasonable price, that I can work with.

My main line was backed up and no one could use the bathrooms. I called hurricane drain and plumbing and they were out here right away and unclogged the line. They fixed the problem and got the house back up and going. They charged a very fair price for a Saturday call. I will call them again. Took the stress off my shoulders. I called to schedule service yesterday morning. Their availability was 2 days out. I asked to be called if they had a cancellation. First call 4 hours later from Traci was sorry, no cancellations but we will keep you posted
Second call a few hours later from Erica was to let me know that they had a cancellation and could I get home to meet their technician, which I did. Shawn arrived as promised,took a look, got his tools, found the clog, and cleaned up the mess. 5 stars for great customer service and for sending Shawn who knows his trade!

We hired Hurricane Drain & Plumbing to fix an ongoing issue we had with a toilet that keep backing up and leaking. Not only did they come out the same day, they charged us less than they initially quoted! Awesome service and Cindy was very friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend their services.

I am very please with their service, on time and knew how to solve the issue I had with some old plumbing. Sean is a darling, very polite and helpful. The values on my bath tub were broken and would not shut off. Sean research the part for my bathtub faucet, found the right part, installed the new part and solved my problem. Hurricane Drain was referred to me and I would recommend them for any plumbing services. I am happy to find a plumbing company that is fair and honest with both pricing and service.

Used Hurricane to repair and replace a shower cartridge that was leaking. Their quote was more expensive than competition but I used them thinking they would do better work. Six months later the leak is back and they want to charge me full price and will not stand behind their work. The one positive is they are responsive and staff seems friendly. I would not recommend this company to a friend!

Update- Manager called today and was very professional and apologized for my experience. She offered to send someone out but I already addressed the leak. I updated my rating to reflect the managers responsiveness and professionalism.

What a great experience this was, just as we thought the world was ending, Eric came and to help us solve all our plumbing problems. Courteous, professional and very competent. He went above and beyond, and even better, the price was very reasonable.

I just wanted you to know what a great experience I had with your company both in the office and field. I called about 5.30 pm on a Friday night with a main sewer line back up and was told that you could have someone to my home within the hour. Dean arrived at 6.00 and from the moment he got there he was the most professional, courteous and all around great guy. He went to work cleared our sewer line and also cleaned up all of the mess in about an hour and a half so we could continue with our evening. What a fantastic way to do business.

I had a leak that was hard to find, I had two other plumbers come out and half heartily try to find it. Then I called Hurricane and worked with Juan, he came out and worked with me to find the source of the leak. He knew his stuff, he was honest, and he was considerate of the cost. He ended up fixing the drain and all is good now.

Had a clog in a sewer line at our Condo building. The clog was causing water to backup into our washer, and then into my sink. Hurricane had someone out promptly, and they evaluated the situation and said they needed to get access to another room on the property to verify pipe routing before attempting to snake the pipe. Because no work was performed, they did not charge us for the visit. A few days later, access was gained and Hurricane was again out promptly, and had our issue fixed quickly. Juan, the employee who services our location was prompt, polite, and did a great job.

Juan and Alex came over on July 3rd for my appointment to clear my sewer line. They did a great job, cleaned up after they were done. They were also very informative about any questions that I had. I thought their pricing was very competitive and would recommend this company to any of my friends!

Called them after another company was out earlier this morning and quoted an insane price for a sump pump replacement. They were the only company I found that actually has someone who answer the phone, rather then just a voice message, so I was able to quickly schedule an appointment and get a quote on the phone. Vladamir was out an hour later, showing up exactly on time. Replaced the sump pump in an hour for and stuck the price quoted (which was much more reasonable).

best plumbing co ever! recently i had hurricane come to my home. i have an older home in the Denver metro area and my sewer pipes are not the greatest. i have hurricane come out twice a year to snake. The last visit they made ,the master plumber checked my sewer lines with his camera. Wow these guys are so well trained and efficient . and the office staff are so polite . Too bad I can't rate Hurricane Drain with ZERO stars! Inept and irresponsible. If you have any plumbing service needs I would strongly urge you to call almost anyone else. Without a doubt among the most frustrating and disappointing interactions with a service provider that I have had in over 20 years as a homeowner in the Denver area. If you want the whole story, read on, otherwise just know that there are many better plumbing options in the Denver area than Hurricane Drain.

This saga began in June when we had a toilet with a slow leak along the bottom of the commode. We had a small amount of water damage to the wood floor immediately beneath the toilet - maybe 8 square feet in total - probably a bad wax seal around the flange we thought. Called Hurricane Drain and a plumbing tech came out and informed us that we had a problem with the soil pipe and the flange had been set too low. The water damaged wood floor beneath the toilet was going to be an issue but he suggested that he install some spacers to correct for the distance. OK - seemed reasonable, so we took his recommendation and thought we would plan to have the floors refinished in the whole main floor of the house. A couple of days later he returned to install the spacers and the toilet promptly began to leak into the basement and along the floor between the hardwood and the plywood flooring - seeping into an adjacent dining room area that promptly warped and cupped. We immediately took the toilet out of service and drained it as we were leaving for a 3 week vacation trip. Upon return, the dining room floor (as well as adjacent hall closet floor) was an undulating creaking disaster. I had a number of email exchanges and phone calls with the local business manager, Cindy, who was willing to take a look and see what they could do. Hurricane sent their lead plumber out to look and he was very circumspect asking in essence, how do we know that the floor wasn't like this before? I've had half a dozen hardwood floor folks come out and say without equivocation that the toilet fix that Hurricane provided caused the extensive damage in the dining room. Three such estimates were provided to Hurricane and they essentially choked on the amount of damage (~$1K). Hurricane sent out a guy on a second visit who told me no doubt that the damage was recent and related to toilet fix. Apparently he has since changed his mind.

Shame on me for not making him write that down for me as Hurricane has since come back to me and said that they don't think they were negligent at all and that they aren't going to do a thing to make things right. In a phone conversation with Cindy, she indicated that the plumbing tech would have his paycheck docked for the damages because he didn't do what he needed to do to protect himself - I guess that means he should have checked the adjacent room floor to ensure that a customer wasn't going to game them. Amazing enough of a business practice to not stand behind your own employee, but to shirk your responsibility to your customers is inexcusable. To be clear, I was never asking them to repair the existing floor damage in the bathroom, just to correct their employee's repair job that has resulted in well over $1K of damage. Cindy told me that if the damage was less than it was, she could act on her own to do the right thing. Since the damage was more than she was authorized to approve, she had to take it to her boss. Mistakes happen - what counts is how companies respond to those mistakes. Thanks Hurricane for providing me with an expensive lesson in how not to do business. Now I’m off to the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint.

Late Friday evening my husband discovered a water stain on our ceiling directly below the master bathtub. The next morning we called three plumbing companies, and Hurricane Drain was the only one who could come out that day (Saturday). Vladimir came out and quickly assured us that everything was going to be okay (in a wonderful Russian accent to boot!). I envisioned having to make holes in the wall, a new tub, etc. Nope, it was a simple fix. He even showed my husband how to fix it or he would have done it for us. All we had to pay was the diagnostic fee, which was worth every penny. While I hope I don't need a plumber again anytime soon, if I do I will be calling Hurricane Drain!

The water main in my house sprung a small leak behind a built in cabinet. I had a technician at my house in less than an hour and even though he had to squeeze into the tight space was able to make a world class repair in no time.

I have used them at my place of business for years and they really came through at my home. They are timely, professional and honest.

I wouldn't call anyone else

Hurricane Drain & Plumbing came out to clean out my sewer and floor drain. Another company charged a lot of money to do the same job and my basement flooded after they left. Hurricane's plumber came out and snaked the sewer line, but realized that the secondary drain was the main problem. In 40 minutes he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. PLUS they charged half of what the other company did and they actually fixed the problem. Great company with great plumbers!

I just have to say,I never place reviews on google but I felt like I needed to because Hurricane Drain helped me out tremendously. I had Broncos tickets and no bull!! My drain gets backed up day of!! Vladimir came and snaked my drain and it was filled with roots. He did a professional quick in and out job and saved the day!

Sewer main line cleaning was good, prompt, but EXPENSIVE! Got charged hidden fees - they had to go get special equipment (+$75 fee) because I had a narrow doorway to get through and they charged me for the time to drive to their shop to go get it. In the end I paid 2 to 3 times what other companies quoted (after the fact, knowing the details). Make sure you know what you're getting into and what the competition offers.

I have had these guys over to my house several times. They have always been on time and very professional. They have fixed a variety of issues i have had, slow drains, broken valves, water heater drain you name they can fix it. I have always worked with Juan who is very pleasant and very clean. I would not go anywhere else!!!!

Previously I had issues with the service that was provided at my restaurant regarding declogging the soda line drain. Cindy called me immediately and helped to resolve the issue. Called and a completely different company answered

They wanted to charge me $62 to come out and wouldn't even give me a ballpark on what the total costs could be. This is an unacceptable position to put your customers in.

We have had our main line cleared by Hurricane Drain twice in previous years, prompt customer service.
